This beautiful fully renovated home is centrally located. When you stay here it certanly feels like home, where you can enjoy your stay with everything you need in a comfortable space for you, your family and friends can stay and make memories together. It is very spacious, cozy, homely and chill. The close proximity of shopping and transportation, also places for entertainment are all within 7 minutes driving distance approximately. The beach is located about 15 minutes away from the house and many other outdoor activities if you like to adventure.

Cute place!

The place was so clean and felt so cozy. We were bummed out that there was no hot tub, that was the whole reason we chose this specific place. After contacting the host though we figured out she cannot take it off of the listing. She was great very kind and generous! Would definitely recommend.

My family stayed in this rental for my sisters wedding weekend, no complaints! We were 8 people including 2 kids and 1 infant - ample parking and easy to fing!

Lodging for wedding

VRBO was the perfect place for us to stay. The home was larger than I expected and host was very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Very cozy

We had to attend a wedding, a birthday party, and a "welcome new baby" party all in the same 3 day weekend. After each event we were happily curled up on the couch, sharing pics, and conversations. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear, but we only managed breakfast there. Plenty of towels and hot water for showets. We really enjoyed our weekend.

Excellent stay

Recommend this property. Cynthia communicated very well and the home was very clean. Perfect for young kids as it’s one floor. This was the first time my husband has stayed in a VRBO so was a bit skeptical but he said he would certainly do it again and would love to stay here for future trips.

Good site for a short term stay.

Owners were very responsive. House was clean. Recommend providing a living room table to rest items when watching tv. If long term stay, able to use laundromat at the main road. 7-11, DunkinDonuts and Subway down the road from house.

Clean & Updated

We came to Long Island for a wedding and to visit family & friends and stayed 11 nights at the property. The house was in an ideal location for us as it was close to our family members. The LIRR station at Dear Park is a short drive away for trips to NYC and JFK. The house is newly renovated and very clean on the inside. The kitchen is fully equipped, but missing a dishwasher. We used paper plates rather than wash the furnished plates. There are four fully furnished bedrooms and a living room area, but only one bathroom. Every bedroom and the kitchen had a window air conditioner. The bath and shower had modern fixtures but was missing a grab bar in the shower. The combination lock on the front door was sometimes difficult to use and when we reported it to the owner, she furnished us a key. Cynthia was very pleasant to work with and we highly recommend this property if you are visiting the area. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the house was within walking distance of local shops. We would stay here again.

Comfortable and Convenient

The house was comfortable but had a few issues. The shower rod fell down and we had to use cardboard to get it back up. The commode appears a bit loose. Only one towel per guest for three night was stretching it - especially with women with long hair. The ice maker didn't work and there was no dish washer. We brought paper plates so it was ok. There seemed to be some issues with the television sound in the bedroom on the third night. I noticed there was a layer of dust on the top of all the headboards, but otherwise the house was clean. The outside could use some curb appeal.

Good central location in Long Island

We were 3 couples and the bedroom arrangements were fine with one extra room. The large kitchen was brand new but didn't have many cooking supplies, which wasn't a problem for our short stay. We also had trouble operating the entry key pad. It's in a suburban neighborhood that didn't have much to offer but was well located with easy access to the main east-west highways.
