This adorable one bedroom unit is truly charming! As you enter the front door you will find yourself right at home. The property is centrally located in Carrie Underwood's hometown of Checotah and is only a few blocks from some of the best restaurants & antique shops around. It's also the perfect spot for weary travelers looking for a place to rest for a night or two as the town of Checotah is nestled between Highway 69 and Interstate-40. Guests are sure to love having all the comforts of home in this tastefully decorated duplex. Convenience, comfort, and charm...what more can you ask for?
1. No Smoking of Any Kind Inside the Cabin: A $200 fine for violating this rule may be charge to guests.
2. No more than 4 guests in or on the property at any time. Violating this clause could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
3. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Guests will be notified if a noise complaint has been made. If noise continues, guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
4. Put things back where you found them.
5. Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or broken items.

Fantastic stay in Checotah

Place was in beautiful shape with everything we needed and decorated in beautiful up to date fashion. Owners were extremely responsive. If return to this area would definitely rent again.

Overall it was great. My only complaint was I missed having a ceiling fan in the bedroom and we had some troubles with the WiFi and tv. Very cozy and clean.

Great duplex for a weekend getaway

Exactly as advertised, very clean, excellent communication. My parents live in Gore and this was perfect for our visit. We will stay here again if available. I would highly recommend this property and any others they have. Thanks for providing such a hassle free experience!!

Perfect spot

I have stayed in many air b&b places and this one is now my favorite. They thought of everything. The furnishings are extremely comfortable and fit the apartment perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was spotless. They are fast in their communication and the check in process was a breeze. I plan on returning when I am back in the area. They made the stay very enjoyable.

Quick quiet getaway

Everything was pristine and well thought out. Lots of thoughtful extras. The only suggestion I have is a bulb for the desk lamp and a chair for the desk. Thanks for a quaint lovely place.
