SERVICES AT THE RESORT:
- Daily shuttle service to Walt Disney theme parks
- Shuttle services: The resort offers scheduled transportation to the following attractions: Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and a Magic Kingdom and SeaWorld. *Tickets are approximately $8/person round trip ONCE per day to Disney, $16 per person to Universal Studios, $13 per person to SeaWorld or $20 all day parking at any of these theme parks. There are specific departure and return times (subject to change):
- Shuttle Departure times: 8 a.m., 9:40 a.m., 11:40 a.m.
- Shuttle Return times: 5 p.m., 7 p.m., 10 p.m., 11 p.m.
- On­site dining options include pizza delivery!
- Linens and towels will be provided to guests.

FINANCIAL AGREEMENTS:
-The renter must make an initial deposit of 50% of the rental fee at the time that the reservation is confirmed.
-The remaining 50% of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to the rental period.
If a Guest Certificate has been issued for this rental – and there is a cancellation or a change the $99.00 fee will be applied. Additional details below under Reservations and Check-in.
-Failure on the part of the renter to pay the remaining balance of the rental fee will be grounds for the owner to terminate this agreement. There will be no refunds made of the initial deposit in such situations.

RESERVATIONS and CHECK-IN:
-After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date.
-After you make the reservation you MUST provide the name of the person who is going to check in at our resort. Traveler(s) named on the confirmation must be present at the time of check in. Name changes after reservation is confirmed will incur a $99.00 charge. For this reason it is the guest’s responsibility to communicate the correct name of the guest checking in before receiving the confirmation number.
-The guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age. Photo identification is required at check in along with major credit card. Please be advised that if a non-domestic credit card is used to reserve a vacation rental, additional fees may be incurred.
-Parking: Free Parking
-Pet Policy: Domestic animals and pets are NOT permitted. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in fines and termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund.
-Smoking Policy: No smoking, including electronic cigarettes. The Resort is 100 percent smoke-free in all units and buildings. Smoking may be permitted in designated areas on the property. Not complying with this policy may result in fines and termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund.
-Minimum Age for Check-In: 21.
-Check-In: after 4:00 PM
-Check-Out: before 10:00 AM
-Deposit Required: Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $100-$150 Pre-Authorization.

-For late arrivals, please notify the resort so that they may provide further check-in information. For arrivals later than 48 hours after the scheduled check-in without notification, the reservation may be canceled without notification.
-If check-in assistance is required after office hours, please contact the resort. Seller will not be responsible for any expenses incurred should you fail to contact Seller for assistance.

CANCELLATIONS and CHECK-OUT:
-Check-Out: before 10:00 AM - The renter should pay particular attention to check-out time as many resorts assess a fee for late check-outs.
-Check out time is levied by the resort and must be strictly adhered to. An early checkout before the end of the reservation will result in the forfeiture of the remainder of the reservation.
-Occupant(s) understands that each unit will be inspected before and after the reservation. Occupant(s) is responsible for any damages and charges incurred by occupant or occupant's party.
-Requests for reservation represent your agreement to these terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. If it is less than 30 days no refund will be given.
