Sunset Reef Villa is a beautifully renovated, spacious villa. All Rooms are well furnished with A/C, WiFi. Beautifully renovated, the modern kitchen and bathrooms add a touch of luxury to your vacation, and stands out from other villas. Many upgrades including new appliances, cable, washer and dryer, BBQ grill and a spa like pool, outdoor shower. Beautiful property. Close to the airport, grocery stores and restaurants. Rachel the host was responsive. Katy Anne was extremely nice, timely with check in and check out process. We will return in the future.

Location, location, location. Absolutely best spot in the island for a quiet getaway. The home is spacious for a group of 8, Katy-Ann was welcoming, and the place was ready for us when we arrived. The inside parking for 2cars was convenient for our large group. The proximity to the beach was the best for the kids. The uninterrupted sunsets over the water give this place its name! This is our third stay and hopefully not our last. Thanks again Rachel!

This place was incredible. From the property, views, host and more. I cannot highly recommend this place to stay, there is everything you need at the property. We had 3 children, and 5 adults stay here and it was plenty big enough. The home itself was stunning, clean, cosy and modern but with that carribean feel with the decor. The pool was perfect as was the garden for a late lime. I would 100% return and recommend this place to everyone. The host was excellent and provided an early check in and late check out during to our arrival and departure flight times. Thank you for making our stay stress free with a beautiful and convenient home. See you in the future!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! It was incredibly clean, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. Everything we needed was already there as the villa was fully equipped, which made our stay so comfortable and stress-free. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into keeping the place in such great condition. The space felt welcoming, relaxing, and just overall a joy to stay in. We truly loved every moment and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Sunset Reef was a beautiful, well-appointed house walking distance to the beach. However, that beach has very strong currents and wasn’t the prettiest beach but we still enjoyed long walks on it. It was so relaxing falling asleep to crashing waves. The property manager Katy Ann was very patient with us as we ran late because of a missed connection and also stopped along the way to pick up dinner and some groceries. The owner was also quickly responsive to any of my questions before the trip. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Rachael was a very welcoming and accomodating host. I have stayed at many different villas in Tobago. With all considerations taken together, location, amenities, comfort, view, pool and everything else, this is the best place that I have stayed at. Hands down, no comparison.

Lovely Property in a great location

The villa is very clean and well maintained. It is a five minute walk to a great beach. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance. A great choice for an extended stay in Tobago.

Sunset Reef Villa is Great

Overall the Villa and area was excellent. Restaurants close and very good. We enjoyed the Waves! Walking the beach was wonderful. Info provided by Rachel was very useful for our stay. The Villa was beautiful, especially the outside patio. Wonderful spot for enjoying a morning coffed.

The house was quite clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The view was serene. We all felt safe. It was great being able to walk down to the beach. We even bought fish!

Beautiful home, practical private pool, stunning views of the Caribbean sea, veru good accommodation for a large family to stay comfortably, free wifi within and outside the house, a stone's throw away from the beach, within driving distance to shops and restaurants. Safe neighbourhood for walking.

A beautiful villa

We loved our stay here. Everything was perfect for enjoying Tobago. There is a 3-minute walk across a quiet rd. to a very nice long beach. The house has lovely views of the beach and the sea from the verandah and 3 of the bedrooms. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the kitchen well-appointed and stocked with more than enough glassware, crockery and cutlery. We would definitely come here again and recommend to others.

Family Vacay

The host was very responsive from the beginning, answered all of my questions. Check in was very easy, Katy ann met us that night and walked us through the home. The home is exactly as pictured. We spent most of our time at the pool during our stay but there are several beach options nearby. Very pleased with my stay, will be back again.
