Situated in the heart of New York City, this spacious loft is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Newark Penn Station. From here, it takes approximately 20 minutes to reach Manhattan. Additionally, it is within a 15-minute train ride to Newark Airport (EWR) and a five-to-seven-minute walk to the Prudential Center, renowned for hosting major concerts and sporting events.
The “Ironbound” Newark neighborhood, known for its extensive walkability, offers a vibrant blend of Brazilian and Portuguese influences. Residents enjoy access to a diverse range of amenities, including concerts, sporting events, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and parks. This neighborhood is ideal for business and event professionals, vacationers, and sports enthusiasts alike.
