You truly won't find a more incredible space than this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo located ON Park City's historic Main Street - the town's central hub and home to countless shops, restaurants, galleries, and seasonal festivals. Situated across the street from Park City Mountain Resort's Town Lift, you can also hop on and off the ski slopes with ease. The modern style, private hot tub, and top-of-the-line finishes and decor offer the ambiance of a private boutique hotel.

The Space:
This incredible home is impossible to miss with an unbeatable location ON Main Street and across from the Park City Town Lift, which connects you to Park City Mountain Resort. The home itself is absolutely stunning. It is completely updated with a sophisticated polish and style while also spacious enough to sleep six. It boasts three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open-concept layout, and a private patio with a hot tub that overlooks Main Street below.

From the moment you enter, you will be in awe of this spectacular space. The loft-like feel of the open-concept living, kitchen, and dining room is punctuated by beautiful details like an exposed brick wall in the kitchen and surrounding picture windows that allow you to make the most of the stunning Main Street views. Make yourself at home in the cozy living space, where you will find a large flat-screen TV, a leather sectional sofa, and two plush armchairs where you can nestle in and take in your morning coffee while overlooking Main Street below.

Step out onto the striking patio where you find two Adirondack chairs with views of the mountains. Here you can enjoy the breathtaking vistas as you step into the private, 4-person hot tub which enjoys the same views of the mountains and Main. Soak your cares away as you sit above it all, tucked between city and stars on this gorgeous rooftop-like space.

Back inside and just off of the living room, you will find the dining area with a spacious table with seats for as many as eight. Ideally situated between the kitchen and living room, this roomy space makes it easy to take on a game or puzzle, enjoy browsing in an "Ultra fast gig" 1200mbps WIFI or dig into a meal or snack while staying central to the fun. If needed, additional seating for six more is nearby at the large kitchen island, which doubles as a bar for six or as a convenient serving area for the living and dining rooms.

The kitchen is a dazzling and modern space with an exposed brick wall, open shelving, and high-end finishes. From its dark stone countertops to its top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances to the roomy island with pendant lighting, this kitchen has style in spades. But the chef in your group will be delighted to find that it is as functional as it is stylish as it is also fully stocked with everything they may need to make and serve a meal from a tea kettle and toaster to elegant stemware.

The master bedroom is just off of the dining area and boasts its mounted flat-screen Sony TV with Firestick, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. Out fitted with a king-size bed and an inviting bench, it is a luxurious and restful space that you will adore. The en suite bathroom is fully-tiled and features a double-sink vanity, a walk-in shower with a glass surround, a tiled bathtub, and a separate toilet closet.

A second bedroom located off of the hallway is a restful retreat that is bathed in natural light. It features a queen-size bed, matching nightstands and lamps, mounted flat-screen Sony TV with Firestick, and a full, attached bathroom. This bathroom boasts beautiful tilework and a shower/tub combo with a glass surround as well as a single-sink vanity. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway off of the living/kitchen/dining room, for your convenience

The third bedroom is located just off of the entrance and features a twin XL over queen bunk bed, a dresser, a nightstand and lamps, a fun reading chair, and a mounted flat-screen Sony TV with Firestick. It also enjoys its own, en suite bathroom with a large, dual-sink vanity, a fully-tiled tub, and a walk-in shower with a glass surround.

For larger families or groups that need an additional place for up to 2 people to sleep, the living room has a luxury queen-sized sleeper sofa that is super comfortable and easy to set up.

This home also has a small laundry room in the hallway for your convenience with a stacked washer and dryer for all of your laundry needs.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the private hot tub. Access to a key card and two parking spaces in the nearby Marriott's underground parking garage is also provided. Additional paid public parking is available on the street.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the heart of Park City - ON historic Main Street, the city's charming main thoroughfare that is host to the Sundance Film Festival and home to myriad shops, cafes, galleries, and restaurants for you to explore. You can't beat this location, as it is also steps from the Park City Town Lift, allowing you to hop on the lifts to nearby Park City Mountain Resort. There you will find seasonal activities at the resort year-round, including skiing, ice skating, and the alpine slide and roller coaster. The home's close proximity to the Town Lift essentially makes this home a ski-in, ski-out property, as you can spend your day on the slopes and then return to Main Street for apres ski dining and entertainment. You are also perfectly poised to explore the nearby Deer Valley Resort, with its luxurious lodges and amphitheater for concerts in the summer. months.

Getting Around:
This home's central location is unparalleled as it offers unrivaled access and walkability to Park City's most popular spots. Situated on Main Street, you can explore this historic thoroughfare on foot with ease. Or you can make use of the FREE, iconic Main Street Trolley for a unique experience. Ski Resort access also just steps away thanks to the Park City Mountain Resort Town Lift located just across the street. Park City also offers FREE public transport on its Park City Transit buses, which are easy to navigate and run numerous routes spanning all of Park City. The Town Lift - O stop is just steps from your front door. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the unit has "Ultra fast gig Wi-Fi" 1200mbps for the guests and remote workers to use.

Please note that while there are 45 steps to the entrance of this home, there is also an elevator for your use.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

The fireplace is currently out-of-order.

Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Amazing location in PC
Annual couples’ ski trip that took us to PC this year. The condo was perfectly setup for 3 couples. All 3 bedrooms/bathrooms were great and location couldn’t be beat. Directly on Main Street about 100 yards to town lift and close to all dining options on Main St. Only complaint is warped floors in kitchen and hot tub was green and smelled like lake water. We only used it once. Could be treated and would be a great amenity on the balcony overlooking downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location across from the Town lift! The condo was very cozy. Great for cooking dinner after hitting the slopes all day and sharing our ski adventures by the fire! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

New Years stay
Overall the condo was nice and as advertised, but the sheets in the guest room were dirty and one bed did not have a mattress pad (gross). The kitchen faucet was a total mess, the cooking pans are old and tired (need to be replaced), the bedroom TV did not work, the water in the hot tub was gross. NO hot water on our last day. Great location, but these few simple things NEED to be fixed.

Perfect PC Ski Vacation
Thank you so much for hosting us! We loved this place…everything from the layout and space, the location on Main Street and steps from Town Lift, to the fantastic host communication and easy check in/out. We had plenty of room for our group of 6. Hot tub was such a bonus after our ski days. Anyone who wants a clean, comfortable, and convenient place in PC should stay here!
