Wake up to ocean views from your king bed in the master bedroom. Doors open with direct access to the oceanfront balcony. Ensuite, full bathroom includes double vanity, walk-in shower, and ample closet space. Bedroom 2 acts as second master bedroom with 1 queen bed and ensuite, full bathroom. Third bedroom has 1 queen bed and is connected to full bathroom 3, which shares hallway access. High quality linens and bath towel sets provided.

Take dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Wander down on the far east end of the island to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests for frame-worthy photo opps. Stroll through local shops and markets*, have seafood and southern cuisine at one of our many local restaurants, walk down the pier where you can also try your luck at fishing, and check out live entertainment in downtown Folly Beach. Historic downtown Charleston is only about a 20-25 minute drive away. Downtown Charleston offers historic tours, world-class dining and boutiques, souvenir shopping, museums and much more!

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, keyless entry and contactless check-in. Elevator is an amenity for guest convenience only, NOT ADA compliant. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. Please note that construction may take place at Charleston Oceanfront Villas from November 2023 - January, 2024. The construction is located on the far west end of the building and will not directly be impacting this condo. There is a possibility of some noise during normal working hours.

* The Folly Beach Farmers Market & the Art Market take place select days of the week during peak seasons and holidays.

Please be advised that this property may be impacted by a beach sand renourishment project expected to take place March - September 2024. Temporary disruptions and/or beach closures could occur. The property management company is not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the renourishment. Please contact us or the City of Folly Beach if you would like more information. NOTICE: A renovation project is expected to take place at Charleston Oceanfront Villas from September 11, 2024 - May 23, 2025 to replace all the oceanfront balconies. The construction will primarily occur during standard work hours on weekdays. The time frame for each individual condo having their porch replaced has already been blocked off on the calendar.
