The professionally designed interior features high-end furnishings, a dry sauna, 75", 4K UDH smart TV in the main living area, and a designer kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge. Nice home

Nicely appointed home, very clean and organized. The neighborhood isn’t that nice, no sidewalks and some houses in disrepair. Located near plenty of shopping and services but only by car. Fenced in yard worked great for our dog, but as mentioned in other reviews it is a little sandy and muddy but not terrible. The listing mentions streaming service but that’s a byo and not owner supplied. Huge 75 inch tv in the main room but no local programming.

Bonita Springs house

We loved that the house has been updated, is nicely decorated, and that it was clean. The wine fridge was a plus! We enjoyed sitting at the counter for dinners and the huge tv!! The hot tub was nice except the camera facing it was unsettling. The backyard needs some more grass for fido because with just dirt around the patio it meant dirty paws and foot baths!! This is not a gated community nor does it have amenities like tennis, swimming or on-site dining. Mostly no sidewalks but dog parks close! Nice dead-end street and being able to park in the garage was great! Indoor washer and dryer was super! This house is close to many restaurants and the water. It's a quiet neighborhood although there is a mixed bag of types of homes like many neighborhoods of FL. This house is a gem!!

If possible that's what i'd give. Near perfect. Clean, updated and nicely decorated. Enjoyed the spa, and rental had just about everything you need for your perfect stay. Convenient location to beaches, Ft Meyers and Naples. Exactly what we needed. However, Contacted management on first day as high overhead lights in kitchen were out, and we could not get any tv. Woman on phone was unable to help us with tv as come to find out the unit had no cable service. So, there was no way to access any of the subscription services/apps on the 4 large tvs as we do not personally belong to any and we were told there was no access/ sign in provided for any of these for guests to use. We do not remember that this was mentioned in the listing. It could be a big problem for those in similar situation if they like to watch alot? We don't watch tv alot but wanted to see a couple games (including superbowl) . Remedied this by going to sports bar, but wb more convenient at the unit. And a couple occasional shows/news w/b nice. But, For us no biggie. Then, after a few days an electrician came to look at lights but said he was unable to fix them easily. Would wait til after we left so as to not disturb our stay which was fine. We felt we could manage becouse had sufficient light from the under/over counter lites and pendants. Without these issues could have easily given 5 stars! A very nice property.
