The condo is in an excellent location and the view is top notch. The closest I have ever felt to the ocean from a balcony. The resort overall is dated but the pool, beach, coffee shop, and amenities more than make up for it. The condo itself really needs some updating and a few small improvements such as blind replacements and a new coffee pot could go a long way. It worked just fine for our party of 7 though.
Needs a furniture update and FIRE the cleaning crew
Completely disgusted at how filthy the unit was upon checking in. The front door was covered in black mildew and floors were gross. I wrote Vacasa and by 3 days they sent someone to clean the front door. We even found trash under beds from previous renters.
This condo had everything my family needed- good sized rooms, 2 balconies with beautiful views and great on site amenities like a pool easy access to the beach, arcade and more.
Beautiful condo overlooked the ocean and pool , appliances and furniture/decor were very nice ! My husband and I and daughter and son and sonâs girlfriend were very comfortable for our week stay we all canât wait to book again in the future
The furniture was so dirty and their problem solving was these janky covers over the sofa and loveseat. They werenât even full slipcovers. Under the bed in the 2 twin room was a pile of food wrappers and a bottle of unfinished soda and a sock. Clearly wasnât cleaned. 2nd bathroom was clean, but the toilet paper holder and light were very rusty. Condo just needs a deep clean and some updating. Beds werenât great, but not the worst. The cooking utensils annd pans werenât in the best shape either. Overall, I probably wouldnât stay here again.
Overall it was a good experience. The condo's are nice and roomy and you are within feet of the pool and beach. Our only issues was the condo was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. But overall we had a very pleasant stay and will probably be back.
We recently stayed at this condo and found the handicap accessibility to be fantastic, which was a major reason for our choice. However, while the house appeared "surface clean," it could benefit from a deep clean. We left the potholders and chair cushions in better shape for the next guest. The condo itself seems to have been somewhat neglected and could use a refresh, including fresh paint and newer furniture. Despite these issues, the accessibility features were excellent and greatly appreciated.
We arrived and there is a loading zone and carts that are available for unloading. The unit is located on the 3rd floor (ground floor, lobby are floors 1 & 2) so elevator or steps are needed to access. It is right near the elevator so very convenient and balconies overlook the beach/dunes and/or pool. Rooms with queen beds are good sizes- the one with the twin beds is smallest to maneuver around in. Accomodations were decent and we had a great time. Sliding glass doors largely muted the noises outside. Our biggest concern was the missing parking passes but no one was rude as we figured out how to get ones for our car. We loved the playground, the two restaurants on sight, the game ground and pool. The only disappointment was in previous descriptions there was a mention of an indoor pool but that no longer exists. We would definitely return with the same number of people (4 adults, 3 children) for all of the conveniences present. It was also fun on the 4th of July to have fireworks
Building was old and not well maintained. Needed pressure washing inside and out. Common areas were filthy. We stayed in #3107 and it wasn't the cleanest. We ended up wiping down all the hard serfaces with clorox wipes. Patio screens were leaned up against the doors. Management said the entire track needed replacement and the owner would have to approve so we didn't get to use those. Dryer broke day 2. Day 5 the washer started leaking so it was also unusable. Only came with 8 bath towels (1 for each person) which would've been fine if there was a working washer/dryer. Pans were old. Missing blinds in twin bedroom. Missing lampshade in master. Towel rack in master fell off the wall and Vacasa provided command hooks to use instead. Lots of little things that added up and we left a day early.
