Not ready for guests: Mold in hall bathroom
Overall this location could be good, but it needs some significant work and clean up to make it a good place to stay.
The worst offenses were old food left in the cabinets and the freezer, a dirty dishwasher and dirty plates in the cabinets, multiple locations of water damage, and visible mold in the hall bath.
Multiple comments were made in the reviews about the electrical outlets not holding onto plugs, but no one mentioned that some are actually falling out of the wall and at least one in the kitchen didn't work at all.
The sliding glass door is on the edge of being unusable. Opening it is a challenge (it sticks on the lock and nearly pulls the frame off). Closing it is even more difficult due to the alignment issues with the frame. It also makes a horrible squeal, but that's the least of its problems.
This should also not indicate that they provide high-speed WiFi. The guest network provided by St. Regis is awful. Speed is bad (4 Mbps) and connection stability is worse. Considering cell signal in the building was weak as well, it made for a bit of a challenge when one of the people in our unit needed to work remotely.
