Bradley Beach Escape: 4BR, 2BA Pool, lake view, & 1.5 blks to beach!

We have thought of everything to make this a fun and relaxing vacation for you and your family.  We hope you have a hard time deciding if you should relax in the private pool-side oasis (unheated) or swim at close-by Bradley Beach (a 4-minute walk). Or, if you can't decide, you can just step out of your front door to stroll around Fletcher Lake.

You and your family will love the large private, fully enclosed backyard. Of course, one of the best parts of the yard is the large pool that goes from 3' deep to 8' deep. It even has a diving board at the deep end!  We have lined the pool with comfortable chaise lounges and umbrellas so you can relax in comfort. You will also find a large outdoor teak dining table (seats 8 easily), a Weber natural gas grill, and a separate large lounge area with comfy seating for you to enjoy. And, for your convenience (and fun), there is a new, private outdoor shower too. 
 
Tired of the sun? You'll find plenty of options to comfortably spread out inside. The first floor has an overstuffed, deep sofa in front of a large internet TV, a sitting area with a view of the lake through a 12-foot bay window and a set of reading chairs flanking the working fireplace. There is also a private bedroom with a desk on the first floor -- in case anyone needs to get a little work done while you're away, we have 1Gig mesh wifi that extends to the pool area. We have also just installed a full bathroom on the first floor and a new full-sized Washer and Dryer. 

Preparing dinner will be comfortable and easy in this kitchen as it has open views (and access) to the yard and pool. The kitchen has just been updated with Quartz counters and new Stainless Steel appliances, The dining table has a gorgeous view of Fletcher Lake (especially at sunset). After dinner, you can sit on the front porch and gaze at the ducks swimming in the lake. 

The house has a wide driveway and garage, so parking will be easy; there is room for 5 cars plus a level 2 EV charger. Or, feel free to hop on one of the cruiser bicycles that are available if you prefer to leave your car at home. You won't need your car if riding a cruiser bike (locks provided) is good for you.

Upstairs you will find 3 private bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a King bed while one bedroom has twin-over-Queen bunk beds and the other bedroom has a full bed. The fourth bedroom, on the first floor with a desk, is a twin day bed with trundle to convert to king or two twins. We do have central air conditioning but have added a window unit on the second floor for extra comfort. 

In addition to all of the items you would expect, we have stocked the house with the little things to make your stay fun, comfortable and relaxing: board games, fully outfitted kitchen with new appliances, endless hot water heater, new coffee maker and grinder, fast whole house and poolside wifi, new corn-hole game, luxurious beach/pool towels and all bed linens, and, most importantly, a beach cart, 8 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and 8 beach badges.  Nearby, find a children's play park,  mini-golf is a 5 minute walk on the boardwalk, Asbury Park and Belmar are a 15 minute walk or a quick bike ride for even more restaurants than Bradley Beach has to offer on Main Street -- and we provide you with our list of favorites!
