Great location that's tucked away from the bustle

The property was clean and very spacious for our party of 6. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of linens were provided. The kitchen was well equipped but could use a can opener and maybe some new nonstick frying pans (the ones there were all scratched up). If you come on a Friday evening, be prepared to wait about 30 minutes just to make it to the security gate.

The property is large and clean. There were a lot of little issues- light bulbs out, one burner on the stove didn’t work, the batteries in the main door lock needed to be replaced as the door wouldn’t lock, the beds were very squeaky and uncomfortable, the welcome book was largely inaccurate compared to the property manager info and actual resort amenities. The pool on the property is very small and gets very little sun, so we didn’t use it much. As the Oasis clubhouse was within walking distance we used that a lot instead. The community was safe, easy to navigate, and generally quiet

Not as advertised

Their ad specifically mentioned a high chair and crib. There was no high chair and the crib's mattress was on the floor - there was no bottom. When I notified Vacasa, they first of all told me that those were not listed amenities. Then when I told them they were listed, they said they apologized for "the misinformation". We were fortunate that my daughter-in-law brought her pack-and-play and her portable high chair. I specifically booked that house because of those two items for our granddaughter. If I had known they would not be available, I would have chosen another house. The sink in the master bathroom downstairs has the hot and cold reversed. The stove's front right eye only has 1 setting - high. A pillow case in one of the upstairs bedrooms had a questionable stain on it. Some of the drinking glasses in the kitchen had residue still in them. There were only 5 coffee cups for a house that allows up to 8 adults. There was a small grill, but it did not have a grate. The home's temperature was too cold on the 1st floor and too warm upstairs. It appears there is wiring for ceiling fans for some or all of the bedrooms. Those would have been nice. The neighborhood apparently has no quiet time enforcement. There were multiple homes partying until well after 3:00 AM and their music and yelling were loud enough for us to hear with our doors and windows closed. During the day, they played loud music with the "F" word constantly being blasted. We were there 6 nights and there was noise every night. I will never rent again in that particular community. It would have been nice to have measuring cups/spoons, and a can opener. The primary purpose for renting a condo is to be able to prepare some of our own meals to offset the high cost of Orlando. This is my 3rd year renting with Vacasa. The first year, my questions were answered quickly. The person answering questions acted as if they were knowledgeable of the neighborhood where we were renting. I didn't have any reason to contact help last year. This year, both questions I asked were answered as if they were reading from some sort of script. My first question was regarding parking a 3rd car since we were only allowed 2. Their answer was to find a Parkopedia somewhere. NO HELP! Then their initial reaction to my question regarding the high chair and crib was infuriating, and their apology for "the misunderstanding" was no help. The one bright spot was that checking in at the front gate was a breeze, and well-organized.

Hi, upon arriving as we walked through the full down stairs our shoes were sticking to the floors then around the dinning table was very dirty on the floor.. the back of the door in down stairs bothroom had some type of liquid like thrown on the door an part of the wall around right side of frame that ran down the door an wall.... the bottom of the end of the couch looks as if it is broken... we wanted fresh air an sunshine so we opened the apartment and within hour to forty five minutes the full apartment smelt like a wet dog/animal we had to close it down an was unable to open it the rest of the stay..... then when going to bed in the down stairs king the box spring with every move made the worse squeaky sound an woke us in our sleep as we turned over.... when changing beds they all did the same thing... we thought we could handle everything and tried to complete our stay but with little sleep we had to end our trip a day early..... on one last note the unit could use some painting the walls an base boards look alittle worn....cosmetically.... on a positive note the location area surrounding the property and the unit lay out is very nice.... nice touch with a cooling off pool.... over all just needs alittle love put back in the unit ... Thank you

Will never stay at Championsgate ever again or at a property managed by Vacasa.

This is our 2nd time in Championsgate, and was highly disappointed. Property: The master bathroom toilet holder was broken off the wall. Outdoor table had melted areas. Walls were damaged. Dresser on 1st floor had many missing knobs. Beds were uncomfortable & extremely squeaky. My older children discovered the storage room that has a crib & high chair. Smelled terrible like water damage & mold. High chair was very dirty and growing mold on it. Private pool was filled with flying ants & gnats & hair from previous guests. Requested help with the pool filter & never received the correct instructions to turn on the filter. Was promised a call when they were going to send someone out, never received a call back & not convinced anyone had shown up as there were still many bugs in pool the following day. Figured out how skim the pool without an actual skimmer. Had several issues with check in process & property. The clubhouse never received my family's names as members that are staying there despite showing my reservation & was not allowed admittance for 2 days. I contacted Vacasa & they resubmitted our info. Shortly after I finally received my pass to go through the main security gate on my 2nd day. Community: No one followed rules of the Championsgate. Neighbors were extremely noisy, would wake us out of our sleep at 2-3AM, walls are extremely thin between the townhomes. The clubhouse doesn't enforce quiet pool & encourage large families to go to lazy river to jump & play.

The place was clean and well equipped. We had a problem with the toilet on the first floor. We reported it never did get fixed. One suggestion to the owners is they could install fans in the ceiling in bedrooms.
