Youâll feel right at home in this stunning upscale townhome, ideally located between downtown Pensacola and the back gate of NAS. Just a 20-minute drive away, you can relax on the beautiful emerald waters of Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key.
Step through the front door and be greeted by a beautiful electric fireplace that sets the tone in the inviting living and dining area. Enjoy your morning brew at the coffee bar, or whip up meals in the fully updated kitchen, which features bar seating and a TV for entertainment while you cook. A convenient stackable washer and dryer is located in the laundry room, along with a walk-in shower in the downstairs bathroom.
The spacious back living room offers a comfortable couch and a large TV, perfect for family movie nights. Step outside to the fenced patio, where youâll find an outdoor table and grill for al fresco dining.
On the top floor, youâll discover three well-appointed bedrooms and two full baths. The first bedroom features a queen bed, while the second has two twin beds. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, a private bathroom, and a large walk-in closet.
You will have total private access to the whole home
