Deluxe Beachfront condo rez de chaussée n ° 6 à Nautibeach

À seulement 20 minutes de ferry de Cancun, Nautibeach Condos est situé sur le côté nord de Isla Mujeres sur la plage la plus populaire, Playa Norte.

Condo # 5, # 6, # 9 et # 17 sont détenus et gérés par Katy et Dave Hochmayr, et ne font pas partie du pool de location sur place. Notre propre bureau de location est situé juste avant l'entrée de Nautibeach. Nous avons un excellent personnel disponible pour vous aider avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour.

Le condo n ° 6 est un condo garanti de deux chambres situé au rez-de-chaussée, près de la piscine. Les deux chambres ont des lits king size et la deuxième chambre a un petit lavabo avec une vanité. Il y a des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine, une plaque de cuisson à 4 brûleurs et un grand four. Il est situé sur le niveau du sol pour faciliter l'accès à la piscine et de la plage. Le patio est deux fois plus grand que les balcons des condos des deuxième et troisième étages de Nautibeach, ce qui en fait un lieu plus agréable pour profiter de tranquilles matinées et soirées depuis votre terrasse privée donnant sur les jardins tropicaux et la piscine.

Maid service (quotidien ou à la demande) est disponible sans frais supplémentaires.

Nous louons également condo # 5 (ID propriété # 303230), qui dispose d'un patio qui est connecté à la terrasse du condo # 6. Pour les groupes de plus de 4, grands planteurs peuvent être retirés entre les deux patios de raccordement. Pour les locations individuelles, les jardinières sont maintenues en place en fournissant des patios privés.

Situé sur notre propriété est le restaurant, Mayan Beach Club - un endroit idéal pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou le dîner et l'un des meilleurs spots de l'île pour regarder les couchers de soleil. Chaises longues et parasols sont fournis à la fois autour de la piscine et sur la plage pour nos clients.

Profitez d'une belle promenade de 5 minutes dans le centre-ville pour découvrir ses nombreux magasins, restaurants, bars et la musique locale.

Nous sommes très heureux de notre nouveau projet, Isla Retreats, que nous avons achevé en mai 2017. Les six villas sont haut de gamme, décorées avec goût et entièrement meublées avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour votre séjour. Toutes les villas disposent d'une télévision à écran plat, d'une télévision par câble, d'une station d'accueil pour iPod et d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit. Nous fournissons des serviettes de plage et de bain, des draps de haute qualité, un sèche-cheveux et un fer à repasser / planche à repasser. Il y a un coffre-fort dans la chambre pour ranger vos objets de valeur et vos passeports. Maid service (quotidien ou à la demande) est disponible sans frais supplémentaires. Le personnel sur place est disponible pour accueillir nos clients dans la mise en place de locations de voiturettes de golf et autres activités.

Notre objectif principal pour Isla Retreats est de fournir une expérience Caraïbes-Mexicaine unique, tranquille et unique pour adultes. Les clients peuvent s'éloigner de l'agitation du centre-ville et de la vie quotidienne pour se détendre et savourer la belle île. Nous avons conçu l’espace commun pour créer une ambiance paisible avec une piscine d’eau salée chauffée avec cascades, chaises de plage et parasols, jardins tropicaux et un palapa exquis. Nous voulions garder autant d'espaces verts que possible. Nous avons donc conçu la propriété avec de nombreuses plantes tropicales et des cocotiers. Il y a également de nombreuses sculptures en marbre et en onyx sculptées à la main dans toute la propriété.

Isla '24

We recently returned from our first of many trips to this beautiful island. I can't imagine even looking for another place to stay as Nautibeach was perfectly located and had all the amenities we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. We stayed in Condo 9 for reference and loved its location to the gate as well as the pool/beach/Mayan Beach Club. Looking forward to our return trip this spring.

Property was great. Perfectly stocked. Clean. Location was great close to dining, beaches, etc. Sweet to be able to walk to and from the beach or pool. We would definitely stay here again. Host was great! Staff was friendly.

Steps to the pool and beach, great food at The Mayan, and perfect sunset watching on the beach!

The condo was what I expected for the great price, clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the location is stunning. Very convenient walk to Hidalgo or anywhere on Playa Norte really. The folks associated with Nautibeach, (Katy and her dad, the gate guards, check-in guys, housekeeping, beach guys) EVERYONE! was incredibly helpful, always available, and very accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this property. Beach is a little crowded in August but once the day trippers leave in the afternoon this is the most beautiful place to watch sunsets from the beach!

Great Stay at Nautibeach 6 & 17

What’s not to love about Nautibeach?! The condo #6 was just as described, equipped with everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The location couldn’t be better... steps from the pool and a few more steps to the beach. Great food, massages and yoga all within close walking distance. Katy was a joy to work with. Very responsive. We had a plumbing issue a few days into our stay and within less than an hour we were moved to another of Katy’s condos (#17)... equally nice and what we may have lost in convenience (not much) we made up for with a fabulous view. The entire complex is beautifully maintained. Everyone works so hard and is very friendly. Can’t wait to return soon!!!

Fantastic little spot.

This was our first stay at Nautibeach. We absolutely loved it. We felt extremely safe and it felt like a little neighborhood tucked away. The beach spot was perfect. The staff was so friendly. It was the perfect vacation get away. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed.

We had a great time staying at the condo. Location was great for restaurants and things to do. We had all the items we needed to cook and be comfortable. We walked out patio door steps from the pool and beach . Would highly recommend this condo.

Perfection

No complaints, only praise! So happy we choose Condo #6 for our week long stay with kids. The location is perfect. Nautibeach has a pool and a swimup bar that is operated by the beach club next door... Mayan Beach. You can run a tab and pay with pesos or credit card. The condo has everything you could need and its cleaned every other day (unless you need more). Amazing job, use the tip jar! 2 king beds, plenty of dishes, microwave, water....the condo has everthing. Steps to the pool and beach. Good A/C that you can turn off when you leave and its still comfortable when you get back hours later and cools everything off fast. .even in June! The employees at Nautibeach are great, the location cant be beat...thank you Katy for an amazing week. We cant wait to come back!

Perfect Stay!

We loved the location and the low key vibe of Katy’s condo. It was so convenient to be in and out to the pool and beach. It was hard to tell From the pictures just how close to the beach and pool you really are (closer than it appears!). The condo was clean, easy to get to, and easy to walk to many places for meals. The on-site Mayan Beach Club has excellent food that has a very upscale presentation that (pleasantly) surprised us! We had some appetizers the night we arrived, as well as breakfast a couple of our mornings which made it really convenient. Katy was very easy to deal with and was responsive to my emails. I requested something special to be in the condo upon our arrival as it was my daughter’s birthday the day we arrived. I was a little disappointed it wasn’t there when we arrived, but when I let Katy know she did have it there that evening. It would’ve been a fun surprise, but not a huge deal. She came through in the end! There is a nice binder with lots of information and recommendations for places to eat in the condo. Be sure to have cash, as most places don’t accept credit cards. We used one of the baggage men with the bicycle at the ferry port to transport our luggage to the condo. He came back the night before we left to see what time he could come to help with our return, and was there the next morning waiting to load up our luggage. He took the bags to the port and waited for us there. By the time we waited in line and boarded the ferry, he had our bags loaded right onto the ferry (we had 8 bags and tipped him $20 each time…well worth it). We love our stay at Katy’s condo and love the vibe of Isla Mujeres. We are already planning our next trip to return, and would definitely stay at this condo again.

Loved it!

Loved the condo and its location. Such a pleasure to work with! Beach front and walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars. The condo was fully equipped!! Beautiful place. close to pool. Perfect!! Such a wonderful week. There is also a restaurant on site with full bar. Can't wait to return!

Fantastic stay at Nautibeach Condo

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. Katy was so helpful with details and recommendations leading up to the stay and the property rental staff were there to answer any questions we had. The condo is so well equipped and perfectly located. We enjoyed the super easy access to a playa Norte as well as to town. The condo is so quiet in the evenings. We would love to come back sometime with family and rent both units side by side!

Great communication with Katy made this process seamless. She was quick to answer any questions and she also sent a very informative email prior to arrival. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable with the location being superb. Walking distance to town was super convenient and quick. Our group felt very safe in our surroundings. Would recommend this unit to anyone who wants a beautiful beach vacation on Isla.

AWESOME!!!!

My husband and I spend five nights here in September and it was wonderful. Love the beach area! It's not rough like some of the other areas on the island. Loved being able to just float around and not be pulled away by a strong current. The Mayan Beach Club is a great place to eat and they will bring drinks to you on the beach as well. Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella included. We rented a golf cart right from the check in office and toured the whole island several times. Felt safe everywhere we went. We walked to Hildago street at night as it has many restaurants and outdoor music. Staying in unit 6 was awesome because you walk out your door straight to the pool and beach....no dealing with stairs. Condo AC's worked great and we were never hot. We took pecos with us and it's mush better to do this. You can use US dollars but the exchange rate when you get change will be less. Be sure to tip well everyone is so nice and will go out of their way to help. They have been hit hard with tourism being closed for so long. We will be back for sure!!
