The balcony is spectacular and affords ample space to listen to the ocean as you dine or enjoy your morning coffee. Sunsets over the Gulf from this vantage point are nothing less than spectacular!

You will appreciate a great view of the ocean from most rooms in the condo with large floor to ceiling glass panels and sliding glass doors. The large balcony provides unobstructed breath taking views up and down the coastline! The master suite has a king size bed with full bath. The second bedroom has two queen size beds with a full bath conveniently located across the hallway. The living room also has a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and new counter tops. This is a perfect setting for a beach getaway where you will create lifetime memories!

When you are ready to come off the beach or pool complex, a variety of amusement parks and entertainment centers are ready to provide a day of family fun. The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter deep sea fishing trips, we recommend Bluewaterconnection.com, enjoy a Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, (7 mile-long amazing undeveloped barrier) or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are three beautifully constructed piers to take a stroll up and watch the fisherman bring in their catch or be the fisherman! Panama City Beach has an awesome Sport's Complex, Frank Brown Park, and several golf courses for the golf enthusiast also. Bay Point Golf Club in home to the only Nicklaus
