C'est une escapade parfaite pour jusqu'à 6 personnes! Désolé, PAS d'animaux. Il s'agit d'un petit complexe de copropriétés paisible et très bien entretenu avec des voisins tranquilles et respectueux, pour la plupart à la retraite. Ce n'est tout simplement pas un endroit pour les grands groupes bruyants. Mais si vous recherchez une escapade paisible, sophistiquée et sereine avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan et entourée de beaux meubles et d'art, Cove Place est l'endroit idéal pour vous!

Cove Place est situé dans la ville pittoresque de Depoe Bay, sur la côte centrale spectaculaire, magnifique et intéressante de l'Oregon. À environ 2 heures de Portland. Newport est à 15 minutes au sud et Lincoln City à 15 minutes au nord.

Merveilleux restaurants, boutiques, port, promenade sur la falaise, baleine devant la porte d'entrée.

Veuillez regarder la vidéo que j'avais faite de ma place. Il vous donnera une idée de l'aménagement, du design, des vues et des commodités qu'offre cette maison de ville construite en 2009.

Magnifiquement meublé, élégant et romantique. Maison de ville de 1850 pieds carrés sur la côte centrale de l'Oregon à Depoe Bay. Capacité 6 personnes maximum. Pas de marché aux puces / vide-greniers / ameublement d'occasion ici! De plus, les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés ... donc pas d'odeurs ou de taches d'animaux persistantes et de dégâts à affronter :)

Meublé presque exclusivement avec du matériel de restauration, des caisses et des tonneaux, Pottery Barn et Gump's San Francisco. Certains début / milieu du 19e s. Antiquités anglaises, américaines et asiatiques mélangées à des pièces contemporaines. Vintage début 20e s. Affiches publicitaires françaises. Nombre élevé de fils 100% cachemire jette dans chaque pièce. Tout simplement magnifique et élégant partout où vous regardez.

Très, très propre. Tous les meubles, matelas, draps 750+ fils au pouce, couettes en duvet, vaisselle, électroménagers, Smart HD / TV à écran plat 55 pouces, tout ce dont vous avez besoin et tout est neuf et en excellent état! Il y a un puissant signal WIFI partout et une télévision câblée premium avec HBO / Showtime. Il y a un bébé piano à queue dans le salon. Il existe une vaste bibliothèque de plus de 150 DVD, ainsi que des livres et des CD de musique à emprunter. Il n'y a pas de téléphone fixe, alors apportez vos téléphones portables!

Vues magnifiques sur l'océan et le coucher du soleil depuis presque toutes les pièces.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un couloir d'entrée et une chambre avec un lit queen-size et une salle de bains privative attenante.

Le niveau intermédiaire est un plan d'étage ouvert spacieux et comprend le salon, la salle à manger, trois ponts avec vue, une cuisine bien équipée / gastronomique et une salle d'eau. Belle table à manger en bois récupéré Quincaillerie de restauration pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Comptoir de cuisine pouvant accueillir 4 personnes

Le troisième niveau a une suite parentale avec vue spectaculaire sur l'océan, un tout nouveau (septembre 2017) lit Temperpedic king size et également une belle salle de bain. Une deuxième suite parentale avec un lit queen et salle de bain privée attenante et une vue sur la chaîne de montagnes côtières. Buanderie à ce niveau également.

La table de salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes. Il y a un îlot en granit dans la cuisine avec quatre tabourets de bar. Il y a deux petits balcons hors de la cuisine et une belle terrasse hors du salon avec une belle vue sur l'océan et le coucher du soleil. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les pots, plats et appareils imaginables dont vous auriez besoin (la cuisine est un de mes passe-temps, donc je la garde bien organisée et complète). Four à gaz GE, cuisinière et micro-ondes intégré. Réfrigérateur de style «French Door» KitchenAid avec machine à glaçons. Tous les appareils sont en acier inoxydable et ont moins de 5 ans! Au dernier étage, il y a une nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse (veuillez utiliser uniquement le détergent à haute efficacité et le débordement résultera de l'utilisation d'un détergent ordinaire).

Un service de nettoyage professionnel après chaque location garantira que les normes de propreté et d'entretien sont garanties.

Il se trouve à dix (à peine) minutes à pied des commerces, des restaurants, du port, des bateaux d'observation des baleines et des bateaux de pêche en haute mer. Il y a aussi beaucoup d'observation des baleines depuis le balcon du salon, ou la chambre principale, ou le rivage, ou les falaises, ou la digue dans le centre-ville de Depoe Bay.

J'habite à San Francisco mais mes voisins d'à côté gèrent ma propriété pour moi. Lindsy et Andy sont un couple formidable et toujours disponible pour des questions, des préoccupations et / ou des conseils sur la région et quoi faire! Ils gardent un œil attentif sur les choses pour moi et sont toujours à l'affût de réparer tout dommage lié à l'usure, d'apporter des améliorations et de tout garder impeccable et en excellent état de fonctionnement! J'ai l'intention de me retirer à Cove Place un jour, donc je garde tout dans la maison en parfait état.

J'espère que vous passerez un merveilleux moment sur la côte de l'Oregon! Depoe Bay est un endroit vraiment spécial ...
J'en suis tombé amoureux à première vue.

The condo is beautiful, luxurious, very clean and comfortable. Excellent communication, super easy check-in and everything we needed for an amazing stay. We will be back!

Excellent accomodation

Excellent accomadtion on center Oregon coast. Very nicely furnished and well appointed kitchen. Nice views from upper floors and centrally located in Depoe Bay. Restaurants within walking distance and many coast attactions within a short drive. My wife and I are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Beautiful and great location

My Husband & I stayed for 4 nights at this property and really loved it. I would describe it as luxuriously homey with every conceivable amenity. The location is convenient to town with lovely views of the Pacific Ocean. At night you can hear the waves as if you are sleeping on the beach. We hope to return one day.

Absolutely beautiful home

Everything about this property was like a 5 star hotel. We wanted for nothing! It was beautifully appointed, it had everything you need for a more than comfortable stay! Everything was clean, perfect working order, and nice. It has gorgeous views, and is easy to find! Each of the three bedrooms is like a fine 5 star hotel suite with its own bathroom. You feel like a king staying here. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

A relaxing getaway in Depoe Bay

My family has vacationed at the Oregon Coast for over 20 years, and this rental was by far one of our favorites! We loved the fact that all three couples had their own suite with an adjoining bathroom and plush bedding with down feather pillows. Normally my family likes to visit the outlets, do some antiquing or go see a movie, but we were all perfectly content staying indoors all weekend to enjoy the condo! It was such a relaxing getaway with tasteful decorations, a cozy fireplace and a nice open layout to enjoy each others company. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend you book a vacation at Cove Place!

WOW ! This place is gorgeous and cozy and very comfortable ! The view of the ocean is great. It wasn't stormy when we were there but if it had been, it would be an awesome place to watch a storm. It's ideally located halfway between Newport and Lincoln City so lots of options for dining and other activities just 15 minutes away. However, if you don't feel like driving and you don't feel like cooking with all the gormet kitchenware (!!), you can walk to Tidal Raves for a fabulous dinner or to Gracie's Sea Hag for a wonderful breakfast. I would definitely stay at this condo again !

We Didn't Want To Leave!

Before I started writing this review, I revisited the pictures of the condo and relaxed all over again!! Cove Place far exceeded our expectations! Each room was an adventure in elegance and comfort. You anticipated everything a guest would need. The kitchen was well supplied and had I known,, I would not have brought my own olive oil, spices and tea! The only item I must have overlooked was a salad spinner! Your appreciation for art was well documented! The old maps were of particular interest. Wonderful views and hearing the sounds of the ocean. Having the windows open at night and that ocean breeze made for a good and restful sleep. Depoe Bay is a great little town. Beautiful coves and active marina. We had dinner at Beck and Tidal Raves and both were excellent. Gracie's Sea Hag provided a good breakfact and entertainment. Gracie herself made an appearance on Saturday and "played the bottles". The outlet mall in Lincoln City had both a Coach and Chico's outlet and with no sales tax who could pass that up? Thank you so much for providing us with such a wonderful Oregon Coast experience. An Elegant Escape

This was our second stay at Cove Place and we felt as if we were coming home. Angus remembered our first visit and was quite thorough and helpful about communicating updates he had made since our previous visit two years ago. There were many and it's clear that Angus treats this as a home and we are welcome guests. This visit we enjoyed the lovely toiletries and table settings for our holiday meals as well as a special treat chilling in the refrigerator. My only regret was forgetting the piano; I won't make that mistake next time and will bring music to take advantage of it. My husband is an exquisite cook and appreciates how well stocked the kitchen is. Usually we pack three large bags/coolers of food and gear for our coast visits and it was great to eliminate the bag of gear. We still bring most of our food with us though it's possible to shop in Lincoln City or Newport; my husband is very particular and who wants to grocery shop on vacation? Do take advantage of the Panini Bakery hidden at Nye Beach in Newport for wonderful breads and scones and the Liquor Outlet in Lincoln City that carries some interesting specialty items. Make sure to check out the wine selections at the Safeway in Lincoln City and Fred Meyer in Newport and my daughters' favorite activity, shopping the outlet malls in Lincoln City. The real highlight of a trip to the coast is the wonderful location. Depoe Bay is perfectly centered between some of the most beautiful beach walking areas we love about this area. To the north is the wonderful Glenendan Beach area with several public access points and miles of sandy goodness. Bring your boots and raincoat and don't fuss about the weather. Some years are sunny on blue like this one and others are stormy and gray and have their own charm. If the winds are blowing 90 mph like two years ago you can hole up in Cove Place's living room reading a book by the fire. We also recommend wave watching at the outlook near Whale Cove to the south. We saw Gray whales spouting at both spots this year as well as a few of the remaining resident sea lions. After your exhausting day of shopping and walking and eating (one day I walked 21,250 steps!) you will enjoy sleeping in luxury in one of the welcoming bedrooms each with its own bath. The beds are so comfortable that I rarely get very far in my book.

Wow! Just Wow!

This vacation rental has everything you would want on your vacation. Comfortable, beautiful views, well equipped, and full of wonder everywhere you look. We couldn't stop saying WOW! The beds are very comfortable; the kitchen has everything you could think of; there's a bathroom in each bedroom; the host was wonderful and sent us useful information. We discovered an ebelskiver pan in the kitchen. Never heard of that before, but after a little research and a quick trip to the market, I made my first batch. I'm hooked! I wish we would have known about the hidden storage under the TV which is full of movies. Didn't discover it until check-out day. The deep sofa is super comfortable for curling up and reading a book or watching TV, but not so much if you want to just sit and talk or have a cocktail. The dining room has a nice table and comfortable chairs for dining or playing games. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful vacation rental.

Nice, Easy, Relaxing

The condo is nice, clean, and well equipped. We were light users, as we spent our days and evenings exploring the area. Arrival was easy, everything was as advertised. Cleaning requirements were minimal, as it should be. Beautiful place in a beautiful place. And whales galore!

amazing

we went to Depot bay without expectations just hoping the stay was what it said it was. It was so much more. It was very well furnished and very clean. It has anything you will need except beach towels. The view from the Master bedroom was wonderful. We would have coffee and relax watching the view. Angus, the owner was really easy to work with.

Perfect

My husband and I wanted to treat our adult children to a special trip. We chose cove place and absolutely loved it. My "children" and their significant others adored the entertainment selections, art, piano, and culinary tools. I loved the couches and pillows;). The last night we ate at Tidal Raves and watched the whales during our delicious dinner. We now have memories to cherish forever.

Simply amazing! Such a peaceful and beautiful blessing for my family.

This property far exceeded my highest expectations; think stepping into an Architectural Digest home and enjoying the very best of the Oregon Coast. Cannot begin to express how wonderful this nugget on the coast was and how very much my family enjoyed our visit. Would stay again and again! It is a jewel to be enjoyed! Everything was so luxurious and comfortable! Hearing my daughter-in-law playing the piano in the evening (music therapist) was just heavenly; and a fully stocked kitchen was perfect for a family that loves cooking (son gourmet chef)! Thank you Angus for sharing your lovely property; it was exquisite!

Depoe Bay Luxury Retreat

Elegantly furnished with impeccable taste, this beach home is very warm and comfortable. Deep couches invite you to lounge in front of the fireplace with a good book or to listen to great music. Two large luxurious master suites -- a gourmet kitchen worthy of Barefoot Contessa -- this home is Sunset Magazine perfect. We felt welcomed and very lucky to be guests here. The listing description is accurate re location and amenities. The property is immaculate and the owner extremely gracious and attentive to our needs. The fine furnishings in this lovely home definitely are not kid or pet-friendly. Also noteworthy: the entry level is ground floor, the living area is on the 2nd floor, and the 2 master suites are on the 3rd floor which allow for the fantastic ocean views and some stair-climbing. We recommend this property to folks looking for a peaceful retreat near great beaches and restaurants. Depoe Bay is one of our favorite coastal towns. We definitely plan to return - our stay was too short!

Exquisite!

We hesitate to broadcast just how gorgeous and unique this property is for fear it will never be available without a reservation a year in advance. We have never seen or stayed in any vacation rental that can even compare to Cove Place. No detail has been ignored. No corners have been cut. Everything you want in the way of luxury has been provided. Go!

Great ocean view condo!

Beautifully furnished and very comfortable place to stay in Depoe Bay. We had a wonderful week there and found it very convenient for sightseeing and very relaxing for down time. You won't find a better equipped or furnished condo. This was our second time to stay at Cove Place and we loved it both times. Angus is SUPER to work with! Ditto to all the favorable reviews.

amazing condo

The condo is even better than the pictures, and very clean. From the time we walked into cove place we were comfortable. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have come across in my years of many rentals on homeaway and vrbo. My husband is the cook in the family and was thrilled with the kitchen. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The view was great from the condo, you could see the whales. Angus is great to work with, it was a very easy process. He respponded quickly to all my emails, had great restaruant suggestions. Tidal Waves is across the street with great food and amazing view. Will definetly go back.

Excellent location, amazing amenities (especially the kitchen) great decor and pampered feel

Chose Cove Place because it accommodated several family needs. When we walked it we immediately felt at home on vacation! Beautiful everything! And the kitchen was a foodies dream! First time I've come to the coast and took my chances on not bringing cookware. So glad I didn't, and felt absolutely spoiled with all extras and abundant cleaning supplies :) And the extra large fluffy towels and high quality linens, just the best! Amazingly comfortable beds and furniture! Books galore. I just had fun looking at everything. We've never been super impressed with Depot Bay, but our opinion was definitely changed this trip. Loved the view and being so close to both Newport and Lincoln City. Even enjoyed walking the boardwalk of Depot Bay. Still able to hit our favorite places. Canyon Way book store in Newport, which has some of the best clam chowder, since the old Mo's. And the Sea Hag right in Depot Bay. I've never had such an accommodating owner, I have found that to be a rarity anymore and yet it is much appreciated! I love feeling spoiled at a non-spoiled price. I don't get hung up on the weather as I'm an Oregonian, so all the better when it is gorgeous and the sunset are amazing! Will definitely be coming back to Cove Place!

Beautiful Condo

Cove Place was perfect for our visiting family. With three bedrooms and three and a half baths, we each had our private area, yet plenty of room to be together. The kitchen boasts anything a cook could need. The decor is beautiful and varied. We would gladly stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable beach condo

This place is so nicely decorated and maintained. It is an elegant, comfortable place to get away with beautiful views and a location convenient to many activities. The owner was also very accessible and helpful. We loved it!

Four nights and five days

I have used VRBO services several times and all were good experiences. This particular property exceeded our expectations ten fold. It is everything you expect from the owners description and we will certianly return. The place is clean and exremely comfortable. We enjoyed a great breakfast at the Sea Hag and went sight seeing as much as we could. If you are an aviation nut or pilot like me, the Evergreen museum is a must. The seafood is spectacular. Also I must say that Angus is the best property owner I have ever worked with. The only thing I didnt have was enough time. I wont make that mistake again. My background is in luxury hotel management, and I have tried to bring those skills and experiences to my private rental property on the Oregon Coast called Cove Place. I have furnished it in a contemporary style, with a few antiques and Asian accent pieces. Everything you will need for a comfortable and elegant get-away has been thought through. I hope you enjoy your stay here. My next door neighbors Andy and Lindsy manage Cove Place for me. They are a great couple and keep an eye on things to make sure everything is in great working order and super clean! They live directly next door so are easy to find and talk with!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Depoe Bay and the central Oregon coast have so many things to offer! Shopping, restaurants, spas, beaches (of course), golf, wildlife, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, deepsea fishing, fly fishing, whale watching (from the shore or schedualed excursions), fantastic wineries (Pinot Noir!), tide pooling, hiking, lighthouses (with tours), bird watching, etc. Too much to list. It is also an easy drive to Portland (approx 2 hours) or Seattle (approx 5 hours). Daily whale watch or deep sea fishing excursions from the "world's smallest navigable harbor" during the season (10 minute walk). Also, Newport is the west coast home of NOAA (National Oceanagraphic and Atmospheric Administration)

I love the tranquility of the Oregon coast, and can spend hours just watching the ocean and enjoying the awesome sunsets right from the windows and balcony! The air is so fresh, and the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep at night...
