Beautiful property, walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants, we could see the fireworks from our balcony and nothing is better than hearing the waves crash on the beach!

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable! Amazing views from great deck! Super easy less than 10 minute walk to boardwalk and great restaurants! Would definitely go back!!

Weekend at Carolina Beach

We had a wonderful time at this place. It was everything we had hoped for. The owners were fantastic in communication and providing a safe, clean, comfortable property for my family to enjoy the weekend at Carolina Beach. Great view, easy beach access. Close to everything.

Easter weekend 2025

We had a great stay, the view is beautiful! The unit was very clean, and a short walk to the beach. The parking situation is awkward, I would recommend following the owners advice and and not bring your mid size SUV. Otherwise, we had a great time! Thank you!

Great Week in Carolina Beach!

Great view of the beach! My wife and I enjoyed our week stay at this condo. The condo was quiet, clean, and perfect for our beach vacation. Easy access to the beach, and nice to be close enough to walk to the boardwalk. Would love to revisit again.

Fantastic Beach Condo

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. We loved looking out at the ocean sitting on very comfortable patio furniture, which was great because we spent a great deal of time out on the balcony. We loved the updated condo and set up of the condo. The host was great to communicate with answering my questions in a timely fashion and she was very helpful. We are definitely looking at going back!

Carolina Paradise

This condo is wonderful! From the super cozy balcony, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, cleanliness and over all vibe of the space. My family of 3 had an amazing experience here. We only had to reach out to the host about 1 thing, and they were so quick to respond! I will be saving “point of view” in my list of return properties!! Thank you for allowing us to borrow your home for the week!

Amazing Beach View Condo

My sister, nieces and I booked this rental for a long weekend. They flew in from Michigan and I was excited to stay with them at the coast. You cannot beat the views and the location was perfect. This condo has been updated, the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The cleanliness wasn’t up to our standards, but maybe the cleaning crew had an off day. And you definitely need a smaller car to park here. I drive a Chevy Equinox and parking was a little stressful. The hosts were very friendly and replied promptly to emails. The ocean views and proximity to the beach are worth it.

Beautiful Condo, Spectacular Views & Great Location!

We had a great Labor Day weekend stay at "Point of View" with our family of four. The condo was well-appointed and in a perfect location - steps to the beach and easy access to restaurants and activities. The view was spectacular - beautiful sunrises, moonlit ocean views, and even a clear glimpse of the Starlink 'satellite train' during our visit. Communication with the owners was also great and timely. We had everything we needed upon check-in and clear instructions regarding parking and ammenties. This was our family's first visit to Carolina Beach. We will definitely be back and hopefully stay at "Point of View" again in the future.

Mother/Daughter Weekend Beach Trip

My friend and I met our 2 college-age daughters (who are in Raleigh) for a long weekend. The condo was perfect for the four of us. Plenty of room with everything we needed! Comfy beds for the college girls to catch up on sleep! The weekend had rain in the forecast for every day, but being right on the beach allowed us to come and go easily if the clouds got dark--thankfully, while it remained overcast until our last day, we only had about 30 minutes of rain. We loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings. And, we also loved being able to walk to the shopping/restaurant area by the Boardwalk. I had a couple questions for Barbara regarding the need to park an extra car and also about the refrigerator not dispensing ice or water. She replied very quickly with helpful information regarding parking options and explained the fridge water line was not hooked up and suggested nearby ice and water supplies. We quickly got stocked up on those--and it wasn't an issue. We would definitely recommend staying here--and would return ourselves should the opportunity arise!
