Beach Break ~ Hide Away ~ Studio Condo near The Beach

The beach is calling and I must go! Sunset view studio condo located at an oceanfront resort. Condo offers a King sized bed, pull-out couch, kitchenette, and bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Direct oceanfront access from the property. Resort boasts three outdoor pools, one indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, and gym. On site restaurant and tiki bar on the outdoor pool deck. Fantastic location, close to restaurants, shopping, and fun.

This property does not have a private balcony and has a Street view!

Please be advised: Hurricane IAN & NICOLE caused damage to the resort amenity areas.
Resort amenity's are currently out of service for guest use. Pools and spas are still closed.

Parking : Resort allows one car per condo.
Parking pass is located inside the condo and must be returned to condo at end of stay.

If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, there is a parking garage about a mile and a half South of the property.

The place I stayed at was very nicely decorated as well as comfortable. There was a beautiful view and a good view of the beach right around the corner.

Great place to stay with fast and effective communication with the owners! Pool area and beach access are currently still under construction but access to the beach was only a short walk! Would stay here again!

Amazing

The place was really nice and clean. Perfect room size for 2-4 people to sleep. The host was super nice and super communicative. The only down part was the pool being closed, but we knew that prior to booking. It was very affordable as well. I highly recommend this place if you need a get away

It's was very comfy . I'm a big guy and the shower is small but loved the bed. Internet was ok. But there was a night or 2 that my next door neighbors were a little loud outside my door. But has close beach access and most places are really close to the condo. The owner is awesome she awnsered all my messages pretty quick. Would use the owners again they were very helpful. Thank you Kelly.

I would definitely stay here again

It was Beautiful and Clean the host thought of lots of extras. We had a gift bag of snacks. My daughter and I absolutely loved staying here. would definitely stay here again. The only thing that wasn’t perfect for me was the bed was a little soft, but my daughter loved it. I’m 50 she’s 15. Otherwise it was perfect.

Check in was ok! Parking was horrible. Room is very small (not a condo) more of a motel feel and musty odor in the room. Bedsheets were dirty including mattress cover and comforter. Sofa was full of stains. The air conditioner was not blowing cool air, hot at night! For a one night stop would be ok but not for week or weekend stay! Overall just ok!

The unit was as described. It has a nice king bed, full refrigerator, 2 burner stove. Large smart TV, good internet. Right on the beach, but facing inland. The resort has had significant hurricane damage and all amenities (pools, hot tub etc) were unavailable but we knew that coming in. A little too much air freshener in the room, musty hallway, but otherwise fine. Very limited parking onsite, and many 24 hour towing signs. But you can park relatively safely in the open lot just next door. Would stay again at the price paid.

Property is being updated. Room was as advertised. Worth the cost. I had a problem with access to the room the last night. The push button lock failed. The host answered the phone on the third ring. Was very helpful and pleasant at all but midnight. Issue resolved quickly

Spring break

I’m a teacher and my son is a senior this year. I booked this condo from mon-thurs. The parking situation is ridiculous. You have to park across the street. That parking lot fills up so we had to park all the way at the back several times. Which is terribly inconvenient when you’re trying to carry things to and from the car/hotel. Also, the parking lot was not very lit so I didn’t feel safe walking that distance at night. It caused a lot of anxiety for our trip. The room itself wasn’t terrible but there was a terrible smell in the room. The couch and cushions had stains. The overall feel of the room just wasn’t clean. The upkeep of the building itself was awful. The pools and beach access were not only closed, but completely rundown. It looked terrible. I was honestly shocked and very disappointed in the appearance of the place. This place is marked at a low rate for a reason. I am disappointed I paid to stay here and wish I would have just saved my money.
