Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

Nestled in the heart of the South Beach area of Sea Pines, this completely renovated third-floor villa offers a perfect blend of coastal charm, comfort, and convenience. Designed with relaxation in mind, the villa features stylish and inviting furnishings in both the living and dining areas, creating a warm and welcoming space to unwind after a day of island adventures.

Step out onto your private balcony, where a table and chairs invite you to sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening drink while taking in breathtaking views of Braddock Cove and the lush green space below. Watch boats glide across the water, spot local wildlife, and let the gentle sounds of live music drifting from the nearby South Beach Marina set the tone for your stay.

Just off the living area is a beautifully updated kitchen featuring stainless steel GE appliances, crisp white shaker cabinets with brushed gold hardware, and quartz countertops. A subway tile backsplash and modern light fixture complete the clean, coastal look, perfect for everything from morning coffee to evening meals.

The spacious bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and tranquil décor to help you rest easy. The ensuite bathroom boasts a double vanity and a luxurious walk-in shower, all thoughtfully designed with modern finishes.

Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, traveling solo, or enjoying a week of coastal adventure, 1765 Bluff Villas offers a serene and scenic home base to experience the very best of Hilton Head Island.

Guests can enjoy access to the South Beach community pool by purchasing passes directly through the Access Granted system. The property is already registered, just visit and select “Vacation Renter/Visitor” to purchase your passes. Payment is made directly through their site.

*Please note, there is no elevator access to the villa.*

Please Note: The complex is currently replacing balcony handrails throughout the complex. While this unit is not directly affected, there will be construction activity and noise during this time. The project is expected to be completed by the end of October.

But our friends who also had HarGray right up the street had no issues, so we still think it was only with this property. Other than that all good. Coffee maker does need a thorough cleaning.

Great Location on South Beach

Island Time were gracious hosts. All of the information was accurate as far as the property. They followed up throughout our stay to make sure everything was good here. No issues during our stay. 1765 Bluff Villa was the perfect location. Clean! It was a quick walk across the street to the beach on the Calibogue Sound. We were also a short walk to Salty Dog. This place is a great couples getaway for biking, relaxing, and hitting the beach. We will definitely save this property for future trips to the island.

The condo was very clean, well furnished and equipped with everything we needed. It must have been updated recently because it looked new. It was a short walk to the beach. Also it was a short walk through the parking lot to the Salty Dog. Island Time was the best we’ve had for getting us needed information for our rental. We would definitely use them when we return to Hilton Head.

Tennis Tournament Time

Location of this property was key to where we played and convenient to places to eat. The bonus was we were able to get the tennis channel and watch tennis when not playing. The downside was living room furniture not comfortable to lounge on, too stiff and upright for relaxing between matches so we ended up watching TV on the bed. When we first arrived I found the property mostly perfect/clean. The property management was quick to respond to me bringing attention to a stain on bedside table and stains on rug in living room. While they offered to get housekeeping there to take care of it, we just wanted to make sure they knew we didn't make these stains, we didn't want to be charged for them. Views from balcony were awesome.
