With 1,200 square feet of spacious living space, up to eight guests can sleep comfortably in this two-bedroom residence. It provides two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, gas fireplace, private balcony, primary bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and in-unit washer/dryer.

This two-bedroom residence offers a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two comfortable sleeper sofas—plenty of room for you and your family to gather with ease.

Grand Timber Lodge is conveniently positioned between Peaks 8 and 9 of Breckenridge Ski Resort for easy mountain access. Head to the Snowflake Chairlift within 75 yards of the property, then ski back via the Lower Sawmill trail.

There is an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, as well as six hot tubs. The property also boasts state-of-the-art fitness machines situated in the heart of the resort. Towels and a water station are provided for each workout during your stay.

There are also four private movie theaters! Each movie theater is equipped with state-of-the-art video technology and is operated by using a touch screen pad to select a movie. Over 150 movies are available for your enjoyment so you’ll find something for everyone with genres ranging from action and thriller to comedy and children’s classics.

All theaters offer eight luxurious recliners and two bean bag chairs for ultimate comfort—bring a bag of popcorn, dinner, snacks, your favorite beverage, and sit back and relax. Movie theaters are located in Building 6 in the Family Fun Center. Movie theater reservations can be made upon arrival at the resort.
