This property is awesome, it's very spacious and decorative! It's in the right location, very peaceful and quiet. Also not far from stores. Owners are very kind and courteous. They assisted in making everything an easy transition, and a very warm stay.

Family Visit

Perfect house

This house was great! I've stayed at several places in central Florida, and this one was the best! Spotless, great layout, great beds, and fun family activities. Stop looking, and book this one!!!

Quiet and spacious

The house has a great floor plan and has so much space. It is very nicely decorated and sleeps so many comfortably. We used it as a central location for an event in Vero Beach.

Spacious, well decorated, comfortable! We had an emotional few days and it was lovely and so relaxing to come back to this house. There was room for all 8 of us- and we all had a bed. I would definitely recommend

Great family gathering place

We loved our stay at this property! The living area had a huge sofa was perfect for our group to set around and tell stories. The extra folding chairs were helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. When we had a need for additional towels, the problem was taken care of quickly. We will definitely return to this property in the future.

Everything was great. The house is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. There is everything you could need at the house. There was 10 of us and we all had plenty of room. If I ever need a big place like this again this is the one that I would rent.

Beautiful home

The property was perfect for me because it was 3 1/2 miles from my 80+ year old parents. The house was perfect for multiple ages, such as my adult twins, ages 32 and my grandson age 7 as well as myself age 60. It was also a good location to see some of the attractions near Orlando. The lovely home is located close to many beaches & parks in Sebastian, Wabasso & Vero. The location of the home in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for my morning runs. It was a great space to get everyone together for dinner and has a workable kitchen. I would definitely stay there again.

The home was beautiful. The location was excellent. Very close to the restaurants in Sebastian. Not a long drive to Vero Beach, even shorter drive to Wabasso beach. Our host Maria communicated very well with what we needed to know. My only suggestion for future visitors is: If you like to shower/bath with wash clothes, bring your own. Only bath towels and hand towels are provided. Overall excellent property. You will not be dissapointed.

Sleeping arrangements

It was a good experience! The only problem that I experienced was that the home really can only accommodate 6 adults. We had seven adults staying so one person had to sleep either on the top bunk or on the pull out couch. The top bunk was difficult when getting up in the middle of the night. And the couch was difficult because he kept getting interrupted from the other guys using the bathroom or the kitchen. It works great for a family with children. But for adults, I would say it only sleeps six comfortably.

Beautiful Home!

Close to Vero beach, (beautiful beach) perfect for the whole family with teens and young adults, clean home, perfect for resting or a quiet getaway home away from home :) very responsive host! House kitchen very well equipped (a feature I personally loved) We love our stay, we wished we could stay longer!

Sebastian Stay

We were in town for a softball tournament in Vero Beach and stayed at the property with 2 other couples. The house is well kept up, decorated nicely, and is well stocked. It met our needs for the tournament and was close to beaches and dining. The house is located in a quiet family community. Would definitely recommend and would stay here in the future!
