Thank you so much for the wonderful review! 😊 I’m so glad to hear you had such an amazing time. It’s great that you enjoyed the clean, comfortable setup and those beautiful balcony views — being able to step right out and enjoy the shoreline is always a favorite part of staying at Shores of Panama. I’m also happy to hear check-in was smooth and that communication was helpful during your stay. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your experience — we’d absolutely love to host you again on your next trip to Panama City Beach!

I’m so glad you enjoyed the upper-floor location and those gorgeous views — they really are hard to beat! The only downside being not having enough vacation time is something we hear a lot. Hopefully next time you’ll be able to stay a little longer and enjoy it even more.

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologize that our standards and yours were not met during this stay. We are always ready to address any problems that are brought to our attention to make your stay better or correct anything that we may have missed at the time of your stay. I want to assure you that we take all feedback seriously and I have passed your review on to our management team as well as our cleaning crew. -Shannon

I'm sorry to hear about the inconveniences and frustrations you experienced during your stay. It's important that guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I apologize for falling short in this regard. The issues with the wristbands for property access, the closed indoor pool, and the unclear explanation of the parking pass are all concerns that should have been addressed more effectively. I apologize for any miscommunication or lack of responsiveness you encountered when trying to resolve these issues. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we will use it to improve our services and ensure that future guests have a better experience. If there's anything else we can do to make it up to you or assist you further, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re very happy to hear that we met your expectations . Hope to have you back again soon!

Debbie, thank you for your review! The elevators do tend to be a little slower during busier times due to the amount of people staying at the resort and getting on and off the elevators throughout the day. We would love to host your next stay in Panama City Beach.- Shannon Customer Care

We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay Catherine! Unit 1624 at The Shores of Panama has many great amenities and beautiful balcony views that we are delighted you were able to enjoy! We hope you book with us again soon and thank you for visiting with us.

Sandy, Thank you for the feedback. We sadly do not manage the resort, only the unit so I cannot really comment on the parking or the elevators. Spring break is a very busy time of the year and that does slow down the Wi-Fi as well as the elevators and makes the beach a bit more crowded. As far as the check-in instructions we let you know on your rental agreement to look out for these instructions that are sent 10 days prior to your stay as well as the day of your stay and this email has all the information that you need to know for check in and all information about your unit including parking. The check-in instructions as well as the rental agreement also let all guest know that we only supply enough consumables to get you by until you can get to the store since all consumables (Toilet paper, paper towels etc.) are to be provided by the guest. We did receive your message asking about how many parking passes you get after normal business hours, and we responded to you as soon as we opened the next day at 8am. We do also mention in all our correspondence that there is limited assistance for late check-ins but do have an emergency line for help if it was an emergency. We try to give our guest as much information as possible so that they can be prepared and enjoy their stay. We do not charge for anything in addition to your reservation unless there are items broken or missing during your stay this is only to protect our assets. We at Forehand Rentals manage all our units to the best of our abilities to ensure that they are safe, clean, and ready for each of our guests and future guests to enjoy their stay with us; Sadly not everyone that stays are as considerate as some, and these policies have to be put in place. We do hope that with that explanation that you will see that we truly do care about our units as well as our guests. We welcome you to come and stay with us again.

Your review means a lot to us, thank you. We're thrilled that you had a wonderful experience! Also, thank you for letting us know what happened. Your feedback makes us better, we plan to improve any issues. We hope you book with Forehand Rentals again soon!
