2024/2025 Winter Season:
For the period between December 2024 and March 2025 inclusive, bookings must be from the beginning of the starting month to the end of the departure month. Minimum rental period is one month. Bookings that include the month of February, the minimum rental period is two consecutive months i.e., January and February or February and March, unless February is already booked (update: February 2025 has been booked).
Renters will be required to sign a lease agreement and application to rent which is subject to approval by the Community Association and cost of USD150 to be paid by the renter (this amount is included in the host fees so you will not be paying twice). In addition, a background check will be conducted by the Association at a cost of USD40 per person (not included in the host fees). This process takes a minimum of 2 weeks to complete from the time the association forms are completed and submitted.
