Family Visit

Everything at the property was exactly as pictured. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The house is very well-kept and clean. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked. We were lucky enough to enjoy the back patio area during our visit, which is very private and peaceful. This is as the perfect “home base” for our family while we visited other family members who have down-sized and no longer have room to host our family of 5. Highly recommend this rental. We will be back!

Wonderful experience

Katie is very thoughtful as a hostess. We came for a family wedding. Siblings 60 to 72 and our 97 year old mom stayed at the house. Everyone was very comfortable during our 4 night stay. The house is well equipped and very clean. Communication was always prompt and helpful. A Dillons grocery store is nearby. A Walmart was also nearby.

Convenient and Clean

Very well maintained and clean property. We have stayed here multiple times when in town visiting family and will continue to in the future. Park close by is perfect for the kiddos.

Family visit

We came to Hutchinson for a family get together meeting up from 3 different states. We needed a place big enough for out family of 4 plus 2 more coming in from California. The house is in a great location, very quiet and close to where we needed to be. Very well maintained and clean property. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful property!

We came out to see family in Hutchinson, and had an amazing stay at this home. It is completely renovated inside with incredible design, decor and amenities. All the beds a comfortable, with very soft linens, comforters and pillows. The air conditioner works so good. The layout of the home is just right and very cozy! We will be back and book again. Thank you!

Softball weekend

This house was perfect for relaxing and cooling off between softball games. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and was very close to a grocery store for meals and snacks. Lots of space for everyone and the teens loved having the basement to themselves. Better than a hotel any day!

Our family came in town for a graduation and couldn't of been more pleased with the property (very spacious). Great location with stores all around. Will definitely book again if we are in the area.

Best Prairie Dunes golf stay

We rented this place due to its proximity to the Country Club. What a surprise it was for how clean and well kept this unit was. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. The bedrooms felt very cozy and the beds themselves were extremely comfortable, perfect to recover after a round of golf. Highly recommend if you're planning a golf trip to Prairie Dunes

Kansas Volleyball Tournament

We stayed here for my daughter's volleyball tournament. The place was amazing!! Super clean, great decor, lots of room. I can't say enough good things about it. Easy to contact the host(I had a quick question about something). We stay in a lot of VRBO's and this one was just amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable stay in a well thought out space

We were staying in Hutchinson to attend a family wedding. The side of the duplex we rented was spacious and comfortable for every member of our party. The space was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the hosts provided some welcoming touches including a few light snacks and water. The upstairs is accessible with grab bars and a bench area in the on suite bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms conveniently located on the first level. Other family members stayed on the other side of the duplex and reported they had any equally comfortable stay. Thanks again! We enjoyed the week and would definitely consider staying with you again.

Great home away from home in Hutch!

We rented this property for a weekend stay for a friend’s wedding. The property was fantastic and the property managers were very accommodating. The duplex had everything we needed with high end finishes, appliances and smart home features! We would definitely rent this again!

So nice.

We needed a large place so we chose this one that was not a close as we would have liked, but happy with the decision. The place was immaculate and perfectly stocked with anything that you could possibly need. We often stay in VRBOs when traveling and this one was as good as any we have stayed in. Would highly recommend to anyone without hesitation.

Wonderful place to gather with family

My son got married at Hidden Valley Downs Venue just outside of Hutch and this was a place very convenient to the venue. We had out of town family in the wedding party and we needed a place for everyone to stay close together. This was perfect for us and everything was wonderful at the house. Very nice and homelike! We enjoyed staying here and the host was very friendly and provided pretty much everything we needed for an out of town stay! Would highly suggest to anyone needing a place in Hutchinson Kansas!

Beautiful updated home convenient to everything in Hutch

We had a family wedding in Hutchinson and this home worked perfectly for the entire out of town families to stay close and enjoy the weekend. The kitchen was well stocked. The laundry room had everything we needed. There were plenty of extra towels and the location, right off of 30th St. was so convenient to everything! We locked ourselves out of the house and the owners were quick to respond and get us back in!

Seriously the best place to stay in Hutch

This 4 bedroom house is super nice, new and spotless. If you are thinking about renting this property or staying in a hotel, it is a no brainer that this house is the way to go. The host Kati was the best, had it set up with everything you need and made check in/out easy. If you are coming down to play Prairie Dunes this is a perfect option. Plenty of extra couch and floor space for air mattresses in addition to the 2 kings and 2 queens. Basketball hoop at the church directly behind was a bonus for my teenage boys. Park next store perfect for younger kiddos. Seriously I don’t think there is a better place to stay in Hutch.
