For 2025, enjoy the newly completed private pool with gorgeous lagoon views!
122 Bufflehead on Kiawah Island boasts a serene and seamless connection to the outdoor surroundings with walls of French doors and windows, loads of natural light, and tranquil lagoon views from both indoors and out. The main home features a grand double entrance and modern, open layout with two beautifully appointed living areas anchored by a custom dining table, and a large gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and all the essentials to cater for a crowd. An adjoining mudroom complete with a washer/dryer, rinse shower, and plenty of space for your beach gear is a bonus for your beach vacation.
As the sun sets on your day of Kiawah Island adventures, this luxury Bufflehead Pond home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in the main home and private studio. The primary suite is located on the main level of the home with a king size bed and luxury private bathroom with his & her vanities and a large walk in shower. Two additional guest suites are on the upper level, each with Queen size beds, private bathrooms and beautifully decorated for a night of comfort. The 4th bedroom is located above the garage and accessed by a covered breezeway. The studio offers a quiet space for large groups to spread out and features a Queen size bed, twin bunks, en-suite bathroom, and a small kitchenette area.

Vanderhorst Plantation is only 4 miles from the top attractions of East Beach Village including Night Heron Park, Kiawah Nature Center, the Roy Barth Tennis Center, and luxury dining and shopping at The Sanctuary Hotel at Kiawah Island Golf Resort.
Pool Access: The private pool may be heated for an additional charge with 1 week advance notice, but not recommended when outside temps are below 55 degrees. Please note this property has NO resort pool access.
