The space
This is a courtyard villa with a fully fenced backyard & a 2-car attached garage. There are 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is located at the back right of the house with a spacious room w/ King sized bed, nightstands, dresser, ceiling fan, large walk-in close & en-suite Master Bathroom with dual vanities, shower with shower head & hand-held sprayer. The second bedroom is located at the front of the house with a Queen sized bed, nightstands & a dresser in the closet. The second full bathroom has a tub/shower combo with hand-held shower head. Both bathrooms have charcoal memory-foam bath mats for your comfort. The open concept living area has high cathedral ceilings with a round dining table with seating for 4; the living room has a comfy two-recliner (hand operated) seated sofa, 2 leather “square” chairs & a 55” flat screen 4k TV; the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, gas stove for cooking & a pantry for extra storage. The laundry room is located off the hallway to the garage, but the laundry room is internal to the house with a large capacity top loading washer & front-loading dryer & a large freezer for any extra frozen items you’d like to keep on hand.
Guest access
The entire house is for the guests’ use. The owners have a locked room for storage which is the only area not accessible to guests, but the 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, all living areas, laundry, garage, driveway & enclosed backyard are all 100% for guests’ private use (as per the photos).
