Great place for a quiet family stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this cozy guest house. Our small children are now huge fans of the goats, and loved the tree swing in the yard. If you're going to be in the area, this is an excellent place to stay!

Wonderful home to reconnect with family out of state. And the farm animals, particularly the baby goats, were just adorable.!

Serene and Awesome

Loved our time and it was a perfect location to be close enough to Vernal and attend the Phenomicon but still be far enough to have our own space.

Wonderful Family Getaway

Wonderful place for a family getaway! It was beautiful and quiet and had plenty for everyone to do. Very close to petroglyphs and dinosaur museums. The kids loved all the little farm animals. I would recommend this place to anyone, but especially to families.

Beautiful quiet getaway

This family loves their land and animals and it shows. The nice touches (massage chair, bidet, firepit) were incredible after long days of hiking.

Get-away

We enjoyed our stay at the Willow House. It was clean and comfortable. It was very peaceful and the location was good for the many area attractions such as hiking, museums and site seeing.

Will be back to Willow House

This is a great little vacation place. It feels way off the map even though you are only a few minutes from restaurants and everything. Awesome use of space makes it feel way bigger than it is. I would stay here again for sure.

Great Experience

This was a great spring get away for us. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for all of our family. The kids loved the toys, books, movies, and the friendly animals. The host was very accommodating.

Weekend Getaway

We loved our stay here. The host was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had. The home had everything we needed and was very clean and well maintained. During our stay there was a snow storm that made it difficult to get our van down the lane and they were so kind and helpful in pulling us out. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Place!

We came to visit Dinosaur National Monument, but we had such a great time on this farm! My kids loved the big willow tree swing and that they were allowed to help milk the goats. The host and her family were very welcoming. Hard to say if we enjoyed our time on the farm or at the monument more!

Everything was wonderful! We loved every minute, wish we could have stayed longer. The home and property were charming and everything we needed and could have hoped for. Cool that Tthe Mcconkie Peteoglyphs were only a mile away!

Perfect small town getaway

I loved our stay! The house was perfect. We were tucked away in old trees and alfalfa fields. I could have stayed there forever and just enjoy the seclusion. We slept with the windows open and fell asleep to the sound of the creek. My kids loved all the animals. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway

My family had a great time at this property. It was a cold and snowy weekend and it was the perfect place to cozy down and warm up. Great place for watching a movie or reading a book. My kids especially loved seeing the goats playing just outside the window. We would most definitely stay again if we find ourselves that way in the future.

This place is the G.O.A.T!

Our stay was the “Greatest Of All Time” and delivered with real goats as well! The house was so fun with lots of toys and activities for our kids. Great location literally minutes away from the McConkie Petroglyphs and just a short drive from state parks and Dinosaur National Monument. We had a blast with the fun animals and the great outdoor activities. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Darling Farmhouse - great for Vernal adventures!

We could not have loved this home any more! The interior is comfortable and cozy and decorated perfectly with plenty of space. We ALL loved the outdoor areas and especially the friendly fun animals - including a baby cow this trip! Communication with the hosts was easy and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I am in the area again. Thanks for sharing your farm with us!

Dinosaur Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at The Willow House. It is a quaint property located within a half hour driving distance of Dinosaur National Monument. The Willow House is located on a lot behind the owners house. Very quiet location. We also enjoyed interacting with the small animals on the property including goats, mini horses and a mini cow. Friendly animals!

good place for family reunions

Nice country property good for family reunions. Shady, comfortable outdoor area with lots of things for kids to do. There were 10 of us, 5 adults and 5 kids, but two adults slept in our truck camper. Goat herd and dog pack (small dogs) were entertaining but could be a little too much at times. Nearby McKonkie Ranch petroglyphs area was a great place to explore.

This was a cute 3 bedroom, 2 bath house on a farm. The animals were friendly. The house had a large table, perfect for games or family dinner. We loved the Nintendo console and massage chair. There is a large bath in the master bedroom which was nice. Beds were comfortable.

Quiet, Relaxing, hanging out with Cats and Goats!

We had a wonderful visit to Dinosaur National Park. The location of the property was perfect. Make sure to take a short hike to McConkie Ranch Petroglyphs they are amazing. Also the Remember the Maine park is also very close and worth the stop. The favorite part of the house was the baby goats and very friendly cat (all outside animals). The house stayed cool in the summer and had all the essentials for a fun family stay. We will be going back for sure!

Perfect for kids!!

This property was so great for big families! It has such a great outside area with swings and a zip line and goats to play with! Our kids really enjoyed the big bunk room upstairs as well! The house has such an incredible view! It was only about 40 minutes from the dinosaur national Monument visitor center. So we got to enjoy being out of the city, but still not too far away. Katrine was a super host that had great communication with us throughout our visit😊
