Cozy Ozark log cabin sleeps 8 comfortably. One mile from Dam 3 on Spring River the best Trout fishing in Arkansas. Full modern Kitchen, Great outdoor fire pit and relaxing views from the porch await you.
Overall the place was nice. The owner allowed us to check in a day ahead due to issues with another place. Communication with the owner was great, did not have to wait long for a response.
Convenient location for our needs. Back porch was wonderful. The bathouse was a great addition. Lighting the campground was beautiful at night. All the conveniences needed was at hand. Needs light bulbs in every light fixture. Upstairs could use a good sweeping.Mammoth Springs State Park was a great outing and great food about 4 miles up the road.
We enjoyed our 3 day stay. The Big Cabin was just right for the 4 of us. Really enjoyed the big back porch after a long day. If anything negative, it would be that there was only 1 bed that wasn't a bunk bed. Look forward to staying again.
Sleeps 10 easily. Big fire pit out back, lights around the back create a festive atmosphere. Very rustic and what you'd expect for a cabin in Arkansas.
We rented all 3 cabins on the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Only downside is the property is right off the main road but it makes very easy access to the river outfitters and Dam 3. We will be back next year!
Cozy cabin. Not to far but not to close to town. 2 minutes drive to the fishing hole. Literally everything you'll need from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Definitely coming back in the foreseeable future

ok stay
stay was quiet and peaceful. on the otherhand wifi couldnt log in said was to many connections already? was coffee pot but no coffee the only bathroom is small. when wife went bathroom had leave door open because of small size.also it is down stairs and beds are upstairs. the stairs are steep
This is a great place for adventurous outdoor enthusiasts! Probably not appropriate for children under 5 & unaccommodating to most ladiesâfar too rustic. With the change of seasons, it could use a good spring cleaningâinside & out. The property is conveniently located right off of a 5 lane HWY (minutes from activities), and the backyard is welcoming & well maintained. The surrounding area is worth revisiting!
The cabin needed tons of work. It also needed a good deep clean. A lot of old, out dated food in cabins as well as fridge. For the price, and no longer then we was actually in the cabin we dealt with it. We floated the Spring river. They picked us up from the cabin, and dropped us off. So for us it was well worth it. If you are bougie
you will not be able to stay In The big cabin.
The cabin was probably twice as big as the pictures made it look. Definitely rustic, but an excellent value. Itâs at the top of a small campground and we had the place all to ourselves so it was a lot of fun. I would bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as the cabin is just off the highway and big trucks rumble through all night. Our heavy sleepers had no issues. I would definitely recommend to others, especially if you want a cabin hangout with your family.
We had a wonderful time. Enjoy the cabin. Plenty of room for a guest of nine had all the kitchen equipment, refrigerator, stove, barbecue pit picnic benches as needed and some supplies were already there to have a really good gathering of friends the owner, Chris Gray has plans for putting in Amusement park For the kids and dog area.
Which the owner is pet friendly weâre only a mile from the best fishing area in Mammoth Springs very close to our property in Cherokee Village which we have some undeveloped plan that we plan on making our place in the future. We definitely plan on going back this summer to the same cabin.đŁđđĄđđ
The property owner was great to work with. He promptly responded to all messages. This is a cozy cabin, great for families. This is not a posh, luxurious place. Beds were comfortable, recliners were comfy, and the AC worked well. There was a musty odor, but I think the odor was also outside was also outside in the humid summer air. The refrigerator was dirty. Once I cleaned the fridge, I was able to appreciate how clean everything else was. In all, our family enjoyed our stay.
We rented this cabin for a bachelorette partyFor my future daughter-in-law and we were disgusted. Letâs start off with how it had a terrible smell. We then discovered moldy and old chilli and cinnamon rolls in the oven. The bed sheets were stained and nasty. There was mold in the shower, on the shower curtain, in the window, and probably other places around the cabin. The pull out couch was something I have never seen. Stains, crumbs, and mice droppings EVERYWHERE. There was mouse droppings and rat poison in the windows as well. The last night we were there we found fleas. My daughter actually has bite from them. There were ants crawling on the walls, the bath mat was stained and unwashed, and we had to buy essentials for the cabin our selves. We also had to buy our own sheets and blankets because we donât believe they were ever washed. Amounts of food was left in the cabinets and fridge
For two guys in their 20's-30's who only need a place to crash after fishing, it's OK. All bedrooms upstairs, BR is down stairs. Stairs are steep with 4-5 inch runners. If you have to get up at night to urinate, it's dangerous. Full of mice and mice droppings. Front door has to be almost kicked open. Dishwasher won't close unless you lift up the counter. Not a place for kids or wives. Full of other peoples stuff, like the owner's adult daughter was living there and only left because we arrived.
