Located in Puerto Paraíso mall, in Cabo San Lucas Marina, where you can find plenty of fun activities such as fishing, sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, yacht charters, and more. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, blender, and coffee maker. You´ll find two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, and the other one with a queen-size bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is also a living room with a comfy couch and a TV, next to a private terrace with a dining table and a grill. On the 2nd floor, you will find a private rooftop with your own jacuzzi and sunbath beds with a great view of Cabo San Lucas Marina. Wi-fi and A/C in the living room and bedrooms. We also offer free parking, a common gym with ocean view, and elevator access to the marina.

If you smoke outside, please don`t burn the sun tanning chairs
Every stained (if don`t cleans after washing) or lost towel/ Bedsheets will be charged with additional costs.
Please turn OFF the A/C if you are not in the rooms or the house.
No loud noise after ‪9:30 pm‬, you might get warnings and a noise fine.
If you leave the house too messy we might charge an extra rate for the cleaning.
At the time of your check out, if the card keys are broken, damaged, or lost, you’ll have to pay 20 USD for each.
