Ce 3ème étage 1 chambre 1 salle de bain unité 715 pieds carrés est situé dans l'un des bâtiments les plus souhaitables sur le golfe, Westwinds au Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Cette unité peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Parfait pour une petite famille ou un couple. La chambre a un roi avec un nouveau matelas et le canapé-lit est une reine. Cette unité a également une cuisine complète, laveuse et sécheuse et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Le wifi gratuit et le tram sont également inclus. Pas de check-in des lignes, allez directement à l'unité.

Les commodités à Westwinds sont extraordinaires. Vous avez une grande piscine, un bain à remous, le Tiki Bar situé au bord de la piscine qui sert de la nourriture et des boissons, une salle de remise en forme et la plage privée.

The beach view was partially obstructed by a palm tree at our level 3 so somewhat disappointed about the view of the ocean, however, please leave the tree-it is pretty. Our biggest gripe was that the hot tub was not functioning properly. We were advised by maintenance that a new heater was ordered, but we never were able to enjoy this feature during the entire stay. The room was very clean. Our host, Betty was exceptionally attentive and in communication with us whenever we needed. The pool was very nice, clean and easily available.

Really enjoyed the condo, complex, amenities and access to the beach. We had a great stay and will definitely book at Westwinds on our next trip back to Destin.

The only negative comment I have is that one of the two beach chairs was broken and the folding chairs on the porch were rusted shut so not able to use.

Great rental and views

Perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, driving distance via golf cart to other areas. Very nice, clean property. Pools are great, people are great. If flying in to stay here and ordering groceries for delivery, just manage what you order (we had just a bit too much). Unused / unopened goods must be thrown out / taken with you, completely understandable, but would be wonderful if the property partnered with a local food-bank to pick up unopened non-perishable goods. That does not change my view of the property. Highly recommended.

Beach Stay at Westwinds

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very clean but very small and badly designed. Could hardly turn around in Kitchen and certainly not designed for cooking. Refrigerator took up most of the room because cabinets had not been modified to accommodate the larger refrigerator. The bathroom tub faucet did not allow adjusting the amount of flow of water and I almost broke my neck a couple of times because of the slippery tub and no safety bars. Please fix these things. I wish weather had been a little more cooperative. We did not make it to the beach. However, overall it was a nice stay.

We enjoy Westwinds, but didn't care for this condo

We have stayed in Westwinds before and really enjoyed ourselves. This time was a different experience. The condo we stayed in was a smaller 1 bedroom/1 bath condo than we had stayed in before, and it seemed dated compared to other stays. We were 4 adults (2 parents, 2 college-aged children), and we felt like we were on top of each other. We arrived on a Saturday evening with groceries in tow, and discovered the skillets were dirty. They were also small, and we had to improvise with our cooking. There were no baking sheets, which made it challenging to cook some of what we brought. There was dishwashing soap, but no sponge, so we used a washcloth from the bathroom. Our first night, we noticed the bottoms of our feet were black from walking barefoot on the floors. We could have called to have it cleaned, but our stuff was everywhere, and we just decided to wear shoes while inside. The listing says "gulf views from balcony," but the view is actually blocked by palm trees. The beach access is great and the amenities at Westwinds are very nice, although with COVID-19, there were no chairs around the pools, which we didn't know in advance. We actually left a day early because we needed more space and we were questioning the cleanliness of the condo. We also noticed a motion detector in the kitchen that went off every time we moved around in the living room, which seemed odd. One positive was the shower had great water pressure.

Great views. Great communication with host. The place was really cute and clean. Couch was very worn and not comfortable, pressure on shower was so strong you almost couldn’t stand under it, toilet paper holder was loose and wouldn’t hold toilet paper.

Check In was very easy. The Kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean when we arrived. The condo was very nice and spacious for a one bedroom unit. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The views of the beach and pool area were excellent. The owner of the property kept in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was clean and to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that is looking for a nice place to stay in Destin, FLA.

Perfect for relaxing get away

Condo was clean annd exactly as pictured/described in listing. Balcony was great anytime of day with view of ocean. Loved easy access to pool and hot tub and the private beach was enjoyable. This was a perfect place for us to unwind and recharge. The Westwinds property is impressive. We would definitely return.

Nice property in Sandestin resort

The grounds around the Westwinds building in the Sandestin resort were beautiful and well kept. Our specific unit was in dire need of general maintenance and it really needed a good cleaning. Would stay again at the property but not this unit.
