Located in safe residential area of Belize City, only 15 min to Int. Airport and 10 to downtown & water taxi, this modern studio has AC, Wifi, Netflix, well equipped kitchen & patio.

Rent our SUV and visit inland attractions such as Mayan Pyramids, Cave-tubing, Zip-lining, Horseback riding, Waterfalls, the Zoo; also experience the "unbelizable" snorkeling tour to the riff or hop on a water taxi to spend a day on one of the islands!

STUDIO INFORMATION:
Tastefully furnished studio has everything to make our guests feel like home while being away from home. In a nice size condo you will have a modern kitchen with a fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and a toaster. Sugar, creamer, coffee, teas, cooking oil and spices, as well as purified water are provided for your stay. The bathroom will have good quality shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and surely hot water and white towels. There is a dining table that oftentimes is used as a computer desk. Queen size bed with hotel-like white sheets is placed infront of a smart tv connected to a Netflix account. Our windows are soundproof, and in combination with the new AC in the studio, you are guaranteed a good rest. Our wifi internet speed is the fastest in Belize (fiber-optic).

CAR RENTAL:
We offer our suv GMC Terrain exclusively to our guests for a flat rate of 75usd/day including comprehensive insurance, passenger liability and third party, no hidden charges. Typical cost of SUV rental in Belize with fees, insurance breakdowns and taxes could cost you literally double our price, and you don't find out about it until you are in their office. We do not limit the miles you can drive, and you are able to rent it from us not only while you are staying at our location but before or after as well, thus taking it to other parts of Belize is not an issue. Let us know if interested!

THE PROPERTY:
Our outdoor furniture on the porch is to be used by all our guests and can be utilized upon availability.
Note: After hurricane Lisa our yard is under some renovation, landscape work is present. Work is not loud and finished before 5 pm but we want our guests to know.

LAUNDRY:
There is a laundry room on the premises available for additional fee Mn-Fr. Clean towels and bed linen is brought to our guests every 3 days upon request. We can provide beach towels as well.

BIKES:
We have two bicycles that are offered to our guests free of charge.

KAYAK:
Our two-person kayak is offered for rent at 35usd per use. Our property is located on a canal directly connected to Belize river - home for beautiful local birds and manatees. See the property's pictures!

* Please note, no guests should be invited over, besides the people listed in the reservation. Parties are not allowed!
** Our apartments are a NON-SMOKING accommodation, this includes marijuana and smoking anywhere within our property. Other guests may be keeping their windows open and we want to avoid unpleasant situations. Feel free to exit the yard and have a smoke out on the street. So many of our smoking guests do that, and we are so glad they still choose to stay with us.
*** EARLY CHECK-IN (12am) and/or LATE CHECK-OUT (3pm the latest), if possible, could be arranged for an extra fee of 25usd.
**** If you are traveling with a pet, only small and medium size dogs would be allowed, and there is 40usd fee.
