Located in safe residential area of Belize City, only 15 min to Int. Airport and 10 to downtown & water taxi, this modern studio has AC, Wifi, Netflix, well equipped kitchen & patio.

Rent our SUV and visit inland attractions such as Mayan Pyramids, Cave-tubing, Zip-lining, Horseback riding, Waterfalls, the Zoo; also experience the "unbelizable" snorkeling tour to the riff or hop on a water taxi to spend a day on one of the islands!

STUDIO INFORMATION:
Tastefully furnished studio has everything to make our guests feel like home while being away from home. In a nice size condo you will have a modern kitchen with a fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and a toaster. Sugar, creamer, coffee, teas, cooking oil and spices, as well as purified water are provided for your stay. The bathroom will have good quality shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and surely hot water and white towels. There is a dining table that oftentimes is used as a computer desk. Queen size bed with hotel-like white sheets is placed infront of a smart tv connected to a Netflix account. Our windows are soundproof, and in combination with the new AC in the studio, you are guaranteed a good rest. Our wifi internet speed is the fastest in Belize (fiber-optic).

CAR RENTAL:
We offer our suv GMC Terrain exclusively to our guests for a flat rate of 75usd/day including comprehensive insurance, passenger liability and third party, no hidden charges. Typical cost of SUV rental in Belize with fees, insurance breakdowns and taxes could cost you literally double our price, and you don't find out about it until you are in their office. We do not limit the miles you can drive, and you are able to rent it from us not only while you are staying at our location but before or after as well, thus taking it to other parts of Belize is not an issue.

THE PROPERTY:
Our outdoor furniture on the porch is to be used by all our guests and can be utilized upon availability.
Note: After hurricane Lisa our yard is under some renovation, landscape work is present. Work is not loud and finished before 5 pm but we want our guests to know.

LAUNDRY:
There is a laundry room on the premises available for additional fee Mn-Fr. Clean towels and bed linen is brought to our guests every 3 days upon request. We can provide beach towels as well.

BIKES:
We have two bicycles that are offered to our guests free of charge.

KAYAK:
Our two-person kayak is offered for rent at 35usd per use. Our property is located on a canal directly connected to Belize river - home for beautiful local birds and manatees. See the property's pictures!

* Please note, no guests should be invited over, besides the people listed in the reservation. Parties are not allowed!
** Our apartments are a NON-SMOKING accommodation, this includes marijuana and smoking anywhere within our property. Other guests may be keeping their windows open and we want to avoid unpleasant situations. Feel free to exit the yard and have a smoke out on the street. So many of our smoking guests do that, and we are so glad they still choose to stay with us.
*** EARLY CHECK-IN (12am) and/or LATE CHECK-OUT (3pm the latest), if possible, could be arranged for an extra fee of 25usd.
**** If you are traveling with a pet, only small and medium size dogs would be allowed, and there is 40usd fee.

Please remember to turn AC OFF when you are not in the apartment. Also, no-one besides people listed in the reservation should be on the property.

If you request our Bike(s), you AGREE to be responsible for replacing or repairing if any damage or theft occurs. The cost for each bike is $250usd.

After hurricane Lisa, our property is under renovation. We work on a bbq and landscape. Work is not necessarily loud or every day and it ends by 5pm.

Unit was nice, clean and private. Great location. Easy to catch the bus downtown. Good local food and a great bakery on the same street. Onsite car rental is perfect for day trips at reasonable price .Owner provides great details on local resturants. I would stay here again.

Lovely spot and so cozy

Close to everything you would want to do in Belize city! We did two excursions and pick up / drop off was a breeze. Owner Tiana was a delight and quick to respond to every message. She picked us up from the airport, did our laundry and let us use her bikes daily. Puppy on-site koby was a sweetheart. Water and room supplies were perfect. We had all we needed to cook and clean. We rode to the best western daily to swim and hang out by the pool bar (for free..) and rode our bikes to the Belize sign, market, ice cream stores and resturnants. Host was lovey to provide big spray sunscreen aloe medicine and soaps. 10/10 recommend !!! You will love the quiet and luxury feel away from the highway but still close enough to everything. The air and water in room were perfect as well. 15 mins from airport wnd water ferry. Book this spot !!! So safe and well kept. We will be staying again for sure

The cutest room!

We spent our honeymoon at this property and from the start everyone was so welcoming and nice. Our room looked exactly like the pictures and the host had some tips and taxi driver numbers written on a board which was super helpful since we never traveled to Belize before! It was so quiet, and had great AC, I slept like a baby, and I’m a very light sleeper. 10/10 would recommend anyone stay here if you’re traveling to Belize City!

It was truly a nice stay, apartment was modern, clean and new. Location is great, very quite area but close to downtown and located on outskirts of Belize City far from any bad areas yet a short drive everywhere. We felt really safe staying here. Best Western hotel was close so we walked there for a great breakfast both mornings. Downtown is just a 10 minute drive, beach another 10 minutes. Social Lounge nightclub was very close so we just walked there and really enjoyed our time. Apartment is well kept and has everything you might need, coffee, teas, shampoos, shower gel, fast wifi, and AC. Everything was perfect.

Ukraine will always have my heart, but Belize is my new home and i love it. I'm always learning something new about this tiny country, it's culture, places and people. I try to make my guests happy and help whenever i can! Keeping my place sanitary clean is the number 1 rule. I and my helpers take extra time making sure the place is tidy. We are still renovating the property, in our plans to put a pool and finish beautiful landscape. Our home is getting more beautiful day by day. Hope you will enjoy it!
