Lakewood National is a fully gated community that has 2, world class 36-hole golf courses, a full-service spa, state of the art fitness center, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce courts and a magnificent lagoon pool with casual poolside dining and Tiki bar.

Our home is a new, 4th, top floor corner unit with views of holes 14/15 of the Piper course. And If you are lucky you can view Nasa's space launches from the condo as it is in viewing distance from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station!

Accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, ceiling fan and on-suite bathroom; plus a guest bedroom with a queen bed, ceiling fan and a full bath next door.

The kitchen features quartz counter tops and new stainless steel appliances, a large island with barstool seating, plus a breakfast nook nook with a marble top table and seating for 4 with magnificent course views. The kitchen comes stocked with dishes, dishware, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans and more...

The floorplan is Open-Concept, with the living room and kitchen combined into a large space. The living room space is expanded by opening the sliding glass door to the lanai where you can take in the views and watch golfers tee-off from #15 of the Piper course.

The living room features a large couch, leather chairs, ceiling fan, a large 65" TV and a Bose sound bar for linking to your bluetooth.

There is a single, covered car port near the elevator for easy access to the unit. Additional amenities include free wi-fi, washer/dryer, ironing board/iron and resort access.

Unlimited golf resort membership (member, spouse and children under 21) includes all amenities such as golf, tiki, fitness, pool, spa access, and car transponder for security gate.

Membership transfer is done through a one-time membership transfer fee. All you pay for are greens fees for golf.

Outside the Lakewood Ranch community there are over 150 miles of nature preserves with wildlife, walking and bike trails, parks and lakes. The beaches in close proximity include Anna Maria Island, Siesta and Longboat Keys. Siesta is a quick 20 minute drive away!
