The light and airy living space welcomes you with unparalleled lake views, comfortable sofas, and a wood-burning fireplace. The nearby dining area for six allows you to enjoy your meals with a backdrop that is out of this world. The full kitchen has all major appliances, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Additional amenities include an HDTV/DVD/VCR/iPod station, wireless and high-speed internet, an on-site washer/dryer, and a Jacuzzi tub.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). OK Stay at the Beach

We loved the view, but not were disappointed in some of the cleanliness. Just a little more oversight on the cleaning would be nice.

Great location. Condo needs several minor repairs.

Great location, wonderful view, comfortable accommodations. Condo in need of several minor repairs including loose paint over stove, toilet in MB slow to empty, and window in MB that would not close. This last item was reported on day one but never fixed.

Beautiful Location and Comfortable Condo

Overall this is a beautiful place to stay. Perfect location and very comfortable condo. I would absolutely stay here again. The only drawback is that this is managed by a large property management company. So, if you do have questions or issues, you will be patched through to an answering center (for which I don't think is local). This was an issue upon check-in for my friend and I. Based on the information provided it wasn't clear to us the exact condo address. I called for clarification and there were some communication issues between myself and the person on the other line. After a long travel day it left me feeling frustrated. My friend I figured it out and all was well. Additional communications with the rental property following our trip haven't been particularly smooth either. Despite these communication challenges, I would stay in this rental again.

South Beach 3

After a 9 hour drive, we arrived to find the wrong key was left in door keypad. Unit 8, not unit 3. It was after hours for the local rental office, so could only speak to someone through the number on the website. I was told someone would contact me within 60 minutes. Two more phone calls and two and a half hours later, I was notified the office had just been made aware of our situation. The right key was finally brought to the unit with an apology and a third key for our trouble. (There were only two of us.). The unit was clean, and the view could not have been better. However I could never get wi-if, even with the password, both bedroom TVs said no signal, no matter what I tried on the remotes. Maybe I was not hitting the right buttons, but directions with multiple remotes would help. The same with the DVR. We did end up leaving three days early due to a family illness. I loaded the dishwasher the morning we left as requested, but it did not work. Two days after we returned home a text informed me the unit, as probably others, had a plumbing issue and please limit water usage during the day and no showers or flushing toilets after nine. I was glad I was home.

Thanksgiving

We enjoyed the beachfront location, but the resort is looking old and tired. We had no instructions regarding checkout other than where to put the key. Also, there were no instructions on operating tvs. We did get the main TV working after finding the manual. All in all, it was a good stay.

Great Lake view!

Loved being right on the beach for morning walks, great view at all times of the day...loved watching sunrise & sunsets. Resort unit has all you need, fireplace very cozy at this time of year. Highly recommend.

Beautiful lake views

Lovely week, lovely view, office staff very friendly. The only thing was cleanliness and maintenance. One of the bathrooms had not been cleaned, some of the light bulbs had burnt out resulting in near darkness, many dishes were very dirty, and the pans were too old and scratched to use. Once we bought light bulbs, a new frying pan, and did some cleaning it was fine. Note: there are laundry machines but no laundry detergent is provided so you can’t actually do any laundry unless you bring your own supplies.

Amazing Experience and Fantastic Views of Lake Michigan!

The property was exceedingly well-equipped for everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Unencumbered views of Lake Michigan made for incredible sunset viewings. Check-in/check-out was a breeze.

Great condo

This is a very clean, comfortable condo with great views of Lake Michigan and convenient to all Leelanau County and sleeping bear dunes has to offer. In spite of cold weather, we enjoyed the beautiful, quiet surroundings. Comfortable beds, beautiful view. We would stay here again.

Leelanau Vacation Rentals were excellent to work with and the property was a perfect fit for our family with small children. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

I didn’t get to use the fireplace because I was out on my fall color tour all day and too tired to do it. My only regret. It rained much of the time, but that wasn’t even enough to ruin my fun.

Best view too!

This is our second rental in these units, the first being on ground floor. Loved the second level enclosed porch with lake views for miles! Such a lovely place for a getaway. Beach walks, shopping, day tripping to all the fun little towns nearby.

Fun getaway

The property location was prime. The view was incredible. However, the condo was not at its cleanest when we arrived. Dishes in the dishwasher appeared dirty, but after we ran it they still seemed dirty. Maybe the dishwasher needs replaced. Also an awful odor under the kitchen sink. There were towels left in her dryer, and the floors felt very sandy and unswept. We had a great weekend and aside from the issues with cleanliness we were very happy

BEYOND GORGEOUS!!

I have two words for everyone....THE VIEW!!! Absolutely incredible! Location is great, plenty of amenities in the condo, even got a welcome bag of sour gummy cherries, YUM!! We had a wonderful time, and can’t wait to visit again :)
