Coquina Key

We had a wonderful stay. Had one issue that was taken care of right away. This sweet house is just a short drive to downtown St Pete. Relaxing on the upstairs porch was our favorite place to sit while at the house. We will be back again

St Pete wedding

The house was lovely and very clean. Nice size bedrooms and plenty of room of common area space. We spent much of our time on the upstairs porch. The neighborhood is great for walking with a nice park is close by. The kitchen had the basic implements and dishes. Easy to get on main road to get to locations of interest in the area. The host responded quickly to inquiries. Highly recommend

Excellent for our family visit

Partial view of the bay gave it a good ambience. Balcony was great, although the weather was chilly. Guests with mobility issues, beware; the stairs are difficult to climb to the main living level. The main (upstairs) living level accommodations are well designed and comfortable; living/dining/kitchen + bedrooms and master bath. Our overall rating was a 5, but a few minor improvements would have made it 5+!

Great, dog friendly stay

Our family enjoyed getting together Thanksgiving weekend at Coquina Key. Property was as described, clean, had room for our group to spread out and the location was close to downtown and beaches. The kitchen was well supplied so we were able to cook our entire Thanksgiving meal there. It was great we were able to bring the dogs too. They loved the yard and walking in the nearby park. It rained during our stay so unfortunately we did not get to use the kayaks, but it was a nice touch to know they were available to use. Overall a great place to stay if your travels bring you to downtown St. Pete.

Coquina Key Stay

Great place to stay. We loved the house! The privacy was awesome. The whole place was bright, clean and up to date. Just a short drive to downtown with a few closer places to dine. We would most certainly stay here again.

It was a nice place to stay at. Great communication. Great WI-FI. Not much of a view of the bay though, just a sliver. And the place was pretty clean, but it could use a good; detail clean. The backyard is nice, I liked all the lizards :) The trees provide good privacy. And for the east coast, no mold smell!

Awesome place - it’s a must stay !

We loved our stay here ! It was beautiful inside and out and had everything you needed to get you started out for the week ! It was private yet close to everything ! The property manager was awesome and always got back to me right away when I had a question . My husband loved the access to kayaks , close access to bay , nice quiet location . Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

Great Stay!

The house is well equipped and very clean. The fenced yard is beautiful and well maintained. The covered porch got amazing breezes the entire time we were there and the landscaping made it feel like a private little perch in the tropical trees. The host has thought of everything as was very helpful and responsive. Great location very close to downtown and not far to the beaches. We loved it!

Coquina Key for enjoying Florida

We stayed for a week in this lovely, super clean home in a quiet neighborhood. The owner obviously takes care of details, and the property inside and out is well attended to. The kitchen is modern with plenty of meal prep materials. Did I say clean-the best! Yes to a repeat stay. It took us 15-20 minutes for daily Fort DeSoto trips, city museums closer.

Very nice, spacious home

This home was just as described and the photos show. It was very well decorated and all of the furnishings, decor, and amenities were either new or very new. The floor plan was spacious and the second floor lanai was wonderful with views of the water! Showers and HVAC worked very well. Landscaping is very nice, and the fenced yard worked well for our dogs. Location is about 15 minutes from Publix, Walmart, Walgreens and CVS, and 15-20 minutes to Pass-a-Grille or St. Pete's beaches

Enjoyable Home/Great Location

Loved our stay; home very well equipped for a vacation rental. Great park just a few blocks away that is extremely dog friendly. Would recommend to those looking for a quiet getaway.
