Welcome to Haus Jachmann and the Zugspitze flat!

Located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Garmisch, you will find Haus Jachmann with the two holiday flats Zugspitze and Alpspitze. Both flats can be entered through a separate entrance.

The Zugspitze flat can optionally be booked with a cellar unit and thus more space for more people, or without a cellar unit. Through a small hallway you enter the staircase which leads you upstairs as well as downstairs.

On the first floor, similar to a maisonette, you will find an open dining room with a spacious dining table with corner benches and room for up to 8 people. The small but fine kitchen is located directly in the room next door. Here you will find everything you need for cooking. There is also an ironing board with iron ready for you. Adjacent to the dining room is the living room. A generous living landscape as well as a bay window with another dining area invite you to linger. From the living room you also have access to the balcony.

The first bedroom is also located here, adjacent to the living room. A cosy double bed with enough space for 2 people awaits you. Like the rest of the flat, the bedroom is also equipped with sufficient windows.

Through a narrow corridor you reach the guest toilet on the other side of the flat, another bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with XXL shower and two washbasins, a 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed as well as the fourth and last bedroom, equipped with a regular double bed. In the room with the bunk bed there is also another small bathroom with shower.

The basement can be booked on request and is otherwise not automatically included. Here you will find another 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, as well as a washroom with built-in shower (with shower curtain). The flat can be booked for a total of 14 people!
A baby bed can be booked at an extra charge of 25 Euros! Please note that barbecuing on the balcony is not allowed!

Unfortunately, there is no washing machine or dryer available in this flat for your own use.
Our laundry service will gladly pick up your laundry and bring it back to you cleaned and dried. For this service we charge 5,00€ per wash.
