This unique cabin offers a spacious indoor area of over 2,100 sq ft, providing ample room for relaxation and entertainment. Additionally, the cabin boasts over 1,000 sq ft of covered decking, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful outdoor surroundings while staying protected from the elements. With 3 bedrooms and a large game room/bunkroom, there is plenty of space for everyone in the family or multiple couples to unwind and have a great time. The cabin also features 3.5 baths, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.

One of the standout features of this luxury cabin is its pet-friendly policy, making it the perfect choice for those who want to bring their furry friends along on their vacation. The cabin allows for up to 15 guests and welcomes 2 dogs under 40lbs each. There is a pet fee of $125 per pet, ensuring that your pets can enjoy the cabin experience as well.

The living room of this cabin is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. It features a large leather sectional, two leather chairs, a gas fireplace, and a big-screen HDTV. Whether you want to curl up with a book by the fireplace or enjoy a movie night with your loved ones, this living room provides the perfect setting.

The kitchen and dining room area are fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. It offers full-size appliances, including a Keurig K-cup and coffee pot for your morning brew. The kitchen is stocked with cutting boards, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, flatware, and drinkware, ensuring that you have everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. The dining area provides seating for 12, with 8 seats at the dining table and 4 seats at the kitchen island, making it ideal for family meals or gatherings with friends.

The master bedroom, located downstairs, offers a luxurious retreat. It features a comfortable king-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a bench, a suitcase stand, and a large dresser for your convenience. The ensuite bathroom is equally impressive, with double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower with a soaker tub. This private oasis allows you to unwind and rejuvenate after a day of exploring or enjoying the cabin's amenities.

The Game room/Bunk Room located upstairs is a fun-filled space featuring 2 triple stacked bunk beds, a sleeping loft, shuffleboard, and a pre-loaded arcade table for endless entertainment. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a Jack and Jill bathroom shared by the second master bedroom making it a perfect space for families or groups of friends to relax and unwind.

The second master bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with a King-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a bench, a lounge chair, and a big-screen TV for ultimate comfort. Guests can step out onto the balcony for some fresh air and enjoy the shared Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo, adding convenience to the overall experience.

The third master bedroom and bathroom provide another elegant space with a King-size bed, nightstands, a bench, a lounge chair, and a big-screen TV for relaxation. Direct access to the balcony allows guests to enjoy the outdoors, while the ensuite bathroom features double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower for added luxury and comfort.

General – Gas fireplaces are seasonal (October 1st – May 15th). There are exterior cameras on the premises that cover front and rear door entrances as well as patios, they do not cover any private areas. Cameras are not actively monitored while guests are present except if there is an emergency. An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. The owner is not responsible for the reliability and speed of the cabin Wi-Fi. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a 6% processing fee. Maximum Occupancy is 14 guests, NO EXCEPTIONS.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
