The strawberry room was cute and nicely decorated. Check-in was extremely easy-- property manager sent door codes by email. Everything was perfect, and we would happily visit again!
Room was above a very nice local restaurant and creamery. Room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant was delicious, I highly recommend the Philly Cheese Steak. Ice cream was wonderful. Highly recommend.
Cute place. Small room but was fine for what we needed and was clean and the bed was comfortable. Was just there for the night due to attending a wedding in the area so didn't get to try the ice cream shop because of their hours. Would be cool if they opened earlier and served coffee along with their desserts but overall was a good stay.
This is a JEWEL. Rooms are not for big family or kids but the food downstairs surely is, and the ice cream! Rooms are Quaint, Clean, and perfect for a couple. We loved it, anyone who complains about this place is someone who is just not happy
Positives - Strawberry room was comfortable and clean, check in/out process efficient. Less than positive - Road noise evening and early morning, also ac system a little noisy.
The room was nice and clean, the ice cream shop is pretty picturesque and the workers friendly! The stairs are extremely loud and creaky so there’s no sneaking outside for what you forgot to smoke or grab from the car lol there’s nothing to do in town but it’s still a nice place to land for the night before heading off to mammoth cave the next day!
I was upgraded to another room but it was no big deal so this review is technically for the Banana Split room. Quite roomy, two queen beds (bit too soft for my back but just right for my elbows), a couch that could sleep an adult and honestly tons of floor space, easily 4 kids in bags. Two TVs, one with two reclining chairs; the second facing the couch around the corner from the first. Seems like a great family room to rent. Internet works fine. Hulu on the TV (seeing what's recommended and what's been watched by other guests is hilarious since it's all on the guest account, not being critical, just laughing that someone is watching Hannity then flipping over to Queer Eye or something else a bit contrary, I'm easily amused). You'll need to place a towel under the main door as the light in the hall is really bright and shines under it too much for me at night (now I'm nit picking). Hallways smell like waffle cones, awesome.
It was convenient, priced well. We arrived early and they accommodated us. It was a small room but served our purpose as we needed just an overnight. It was clean however could use a deep clean. Bed was just okay, very soft.
Hi Debra,
I'm troubled to hear that the room wasn't cleaned to your expectations. This room actually just underwent refurbishment last week and was painted and deep cleaned. Please send me a message and let me know what areas you found that could use a deep cleaning. Thank you.
