Les points forts : Propreté, communication, emplacement

Not worth the money!

Worst 3 nights ever! The beds (all of them) as I slept on 2 of them and my niece slept on the other. HARD as a rock! The master bedroom needs blackout curtains. To much light coming into bedroom at night. Make sure you have a fan or noise machine as upstair neighbor snores and can hear through the ceiling. My husband had to sleep on the couch due to the snoring. Also, it doesn't say it in the description unless they took my advice and changed it but there is a $75.00 pet fee. Although we had high hopes for this place since it was close to town as we usually stay at Pointe Royale we will not be staying here ever again. It was spacious and clean but not worth the money if you can't sleep well.

We were very surprised to hear that you found the beds uncomfortable; we have had great feedback on our beds' comfort and many have asked for the brand. We understand the importance of a good night's sleep and know that a mattress's comfort is very subjective Regarding the issue with light entering the master bedroom, we appreciate your suggestion for blackout curtains and suggest that you close the blinds and curtains for maximum comfort. We are also sorry to hear about the disturbance caused by snoring from the upstairs neighbor. Please know that we take noise concerns seriously from guests above the unit and do provide sound machines next to the beds in both bedrooms. Perhaps you missed them? Regarding the pet fee, you do need to add the pet to your reservation when booking to be charged.
