The Royal Villas offer the ultimate in elegant and exclusive villa living. Blending the best of two worlds, these villas combine classical Spanish Mediterranean style with a chic, modern flair. Sleek exteriors feature exotic archways, authentic brick, classic stucco, distinctive stone, and thriving tropical gardens. Members have access to all the facilities of the Resort, including VIP services such as a personal maid, butler, and in-house chef.

Each villa is a private home-away-from-home estate with three to seven lavish bedrooms. Decorated with rich designer furnishings, each offers its unique personality with a modern style that blends chrome and natural cherry wood. Villas come with their own private swimming pool, some with water features, shaded terrace, veranda, full kitchen, and a private bath leading directly off each bedroom. All accommodations have air-conditioning, overhead fans, and cable television, and some also feature elevators. A personal maid, personal butler, and in-house chef add the crowning touch to these exclusive accommodations.

## The Daily rate listed covers only the service fee for the suite. A MANDATORY All-inclusive fee of $150 per person per day, which includes unlimited food and beverages during your stay, must be paid at check-in. Children Under 12 pay $50, and children under 3 are free. A Resort Fee of $25 per person per day is also paid to the resort at check-in. The all-inclusive is non-refundable. You will not receive a refund if you decide to depart the resort before your departure date.
