*Built in 1925, our 1000 square ft home has original hardwood floors, 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths.
Two bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. The 3rd bedroom doubles as private office space with a twin daybed that sleeps 2.
*Smart TV's in every sleeping area as well as living room.
*Nice big 2 car garage. Free street parking is also available.
*Huge private fenced in yard with outdoor seating.
*Laundry area is in the very clean basement.
*Quiet neighborhood.
*Lots of board games, coffee table foosball table, record player and books.

*One dog is allowed but please ask permission first as we do not allow all dog breeds. There is a 30 pound weight limit and dogs must be supervised at all times or crated when left alone. Any damage caused by your pet will result in an additional fee.
*The Geiger&Peters Steel Company is directly behind our house and has been there since 1907. You may hear a low humming noise at certain times of the day but it is very low and most guests do not even notice this.
*Our neighborhood is very quiet and we do not allow parties or events of any type.
