Less than five minutes to the ski lift!

Located less than a mile to the Granite Peak ski lift, this beautiful home at the base of Rib Mountain is a skier’s dream. No matter the time of the year, this house is the perfect launchpad for hiking, biking, fishing or just exploring the many activities and beautiful scenery we enjoy here in the Wausau area.

This amazing house comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and three large living areas. Preparing meals is easy with an open floor plan in the kitchen and dining area, and two separate living areas offer space for everyone to spread out. The deck and gas grill are right off the kitchen, as well, and there is a large yard for all to play in.

The recently updated open concept kitchen on the main floor features a gas stove, granite countertops, and island. It opens up to a large dining table and living space with television. On this same floor are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The lower living space offers a large living space where everyone can gather and watch a game or movie on the 85” television screen. There are two more bedrooms on this level, one with a queen bed and another with three extra-long bunk beds for six people. Another bathroom and the laundry room are also on this lower level.

There is lots of room in the garage for storing your skis and gear. Two vehicles can park in the garage, and two in the driveway.

You’ll feel like you are in the country in this quiet neighborhood, but it is only a few minutes to restaurants and grocery stores, as well as boat landings and hiking trails.
