Looking for a perfect beachfront island vacation with family and friends? Twin Landings A is located right on the beach with 4 bedrooms (TWO KING BEDS!) two furnished oceanfront decks. Towels, beach towels, and LINENS included. And all the extras! Flexible booking!
Watch the dolphins swim by as you enjoy your morning coffee! This family owned and managed beach house sits on a quiet stretch of beach 2 miles south of the Surf City Pier, minutes to the shops and restaurants of Surf City and Topsail Beach. Inside, you'll find sweeping oceanfront views, four bedrooms, and a top-floor open living space with a fully equipped kitchen . New smart TVs with Hulu + live local channels.
🐶 We would love to host your dogs! A $150 (+tax) flat pet fee is automatically added to your nightly rate when you enter a pet into your guest count. Dogs are welcome on the beach in Surf City, and you will see many people dining outside with their dogs at the local restaurants.
🛋️ Living Area: Twin Landings has an inverted floor plan designed to take advantage of ocean views. The living area is open to the kitchen and dining area, and features a large smart TV, two full-sized sofas, two swivel tables, and an entertainment stand full of games to enjoy with your family and friends. All while enjoying views of the ocean out all of the windows.
🍽️ Dining Area: Our dining area is oceanfront, so you can take in the sights of the sand and surf while you dine. The dining table comfortably seats six people, and is adjacent to the peninsula, which has seating for four more.
🍳 Kitchen: Our brand new renovated kitchen has everything you need to make a meal at home. There is a Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Dishes & Utensils, Spices/Pantry Items, Coffee Bar with Keurig and Drip, Toaster, Freezer, Pots & Pans, and Plenty of Wine Glasses ready for you to use as you prepare memorable meals during your vacation!
🛌🏻 Bedroom 1: The first oceanfront bedroom is perfect for couples who want to relax and wake up to ocean views. It has a comfy king-sized bed, a smart TV, a closet and dresser, and an ensuite bathroom! There is direct access to the lower deck, with a porch swing and rocking chairs, where you can soak up the ocean air.
🛌🏻 Bedroom 2: Across the hall from the master is a roomy king ocean front bedroom. This room also has a slider leading to the lower oceanfront porch so you can enjoy gorgeous ocean views from the moment you wake up. There is a smart TV in this bedroom as well.
🛌🏻 Bedroom 3: The third bedroom on the lower level features two twin beds, a smart TV, a closet, and a dresser.
🛌🏻 Bedroom 4: The bedroom on the upper floor features a queen bed, closet and dresser. It is located on the main level, so guests staying here can easily access the kitchen, dining area, living area, and oceanfront upper deck without having to go up and down stairs all day.
🛀 Bathroom 1: The master bathroom is attached to the master bedroom, and features a large vanity and shower/dub combo.
🛀 Bathroom 2: The second bathroom on the lower level is large, and offers a shower.
🛀 Bathroom 3: Upstairs is a bathroom with a vanity and shower.
👚Laundry Room: You don't have to overpack when you visit Twin Landings. Conveniently wash your dirty clothes in the upper level laundry room. We have a full-sized washer and dryer ready for you to use whenever you'll need it.
🪑Deck Area: Both the upper and lower living levels access oceanfront decks, where you can sit and enjoy our amazing view of the sand and surf. There is plenty of furniture on the decks, which is where you might spend most of your time. Theres a rinsing station with shower head and nozzle to wash of the sand when you come back from the beach
🚗 Ground Level: Underneath the house is a two-car garage and plenty of parking in the driveway. The garage also serves as a storage area for beach toys, boogie boards, skim boards, a shibumi shade, beach chairs, a charcoal grill, and more, you are welcome to use. You don't have to bring much when you come to Twin Landings.
Please note that check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. We unfortunately cannot make exceptions, as the housekeeper and linens service need the full time to prepare the home.
Minimum renter age: 25; No parties, smoking/vaping, or excessive noise; Do not go on the dunes, which have been re-nourished to protect our home, this is a town law punishable by $500 fine; Leave doors and windows closed when not in use as the humid air causes damage to the interior and electronics; If you use the charcoal grill, pull it into the driveway at least 20 feet from the house and clean it after/no grilling or fire of any kind is permitted on decks; Air conditioner should not be operated below 72 degrees as the humidity+overuse will cause air conditioners in this environment to freeze and break; No commercial photography/videography without prior agreement; Please wash sand off before coming into the house; Please report any loss or damage that happens to property during your stay
We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night, unless approved.
Note that we cannot offer refunds for reasons outside of our control, outside of our cancellation policy. This includes family emergencies, illness, weather, etc. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance, which can be an affordable way of protecting your investment should an unforeseen situation disrupt your plans.

A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking at Twin Landings A. We will send the agreement after your reservation is confirmed, and it must be signed within 48 hours to retain your booking.

Our family of seven lives in the Charleston area, and we enjoy spending time in both the beaches and mountains of NC with our kids and extended family.
My family built Twin Landings in 1993, and we have made incredible family memories there ever since, as have the many other families who have rented it over the years. Twin Landings is an oceanfront property, with two separate 4-bedroom houses that can be rented separately, or, when the top deck that connects the homes is opened up, a large group can rent both together. Our love of Twin Landings has grown into our small family business, Carolina Landings. We have acquired two more wonderful properties in Surf City: Surf Landing and Soundside Landing. Surf Landing is located on the second row in the S-curve, in the heart of Surf City. We love spending time here, where beach access is right across the street, and we are just a few steps from all of the fun restaurants and shops of Surf City. Soundside Landing is a waterfront home on the intracoastal in the Island Oaks neighborhood, almost directly across the island from Twin Landings. The views of the marsh and intracoastal waterway are incredible, and the private dock is perfect for launching a stand-up paddle board or kayak to explore. Beach access at Soundside Landing is a less than 5-minute walk away: directly across from the entrance of the neighborhood.
Our mountain property, Wolf Ridge, is a chalet-style cabin located in Murphy, NC and offers gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The views are spectacular! Murphy is known as "the gateway to the Smoky Mountains." Our favorite thing to do is sit on the top deck, and watch the wildlife come from the woods into the grassy area below. We have seen deer, raccoons, rabbits, and even a bear! Hummingbirds and the colorful birds of North Carolina also regularly visit the deck. Coming late 2022 is The Hot Toddy Cabin in Blue Ridge, GA, which has 5 bedrooms and spectacular mountain and lake views.
