Ceci est la maison de vacances idéale pour les familles. Situé sur 2 1/2 acres dans la ville historique de Kittery Point, dans le Maine, notre propriété se trouve juste sur la magnifique mer. Point Beach. Profitez de vues spectaculaires sur l'océan de la côte sauvage du Maine depuis pratiquement toutes les pièces de la maison. Il dispose de deux suites parentales, peut accueillir 12 personnes confortablement et dispose de nombreux espaces de divertissement et de détente. Le grand porche grillagé est un endroit parfait pour profiter d'un repas, lire ou faire la sieste. Détendez-vous ou bronzez sur le pont face à l'océan. Votre famille adorera la cuisine ouverte, la salle à manger et le salon. Tous sont des espaces généreux avec de belles vues sur l'océan et la propriété environnante. Par temps clair, vous pouvez voir tout le chemin vers les belles îles de Shoals. Il y a une chambre bonus avec un canapé-lit, une salle de bain complète et une télévision grand écran.

Nous avons construit notre maison comme un endroit pour divertir notre famille et nos amis. Il offre l'intimité et la beauté d'un endroit éloigné avec un accès facile à tout ce dont vous avez besoin du «monde réel». Nous sommes à 10 minutes du centre historique de Portsmouth, du port historique du New Hampshire, de restaurants uniques et de boutiques. Nous sommes à seulement 15 minutes de l'un des plus grands centres commerciaux du pays et à une courte route panoramique de York, dans le Maine, un autre endroit à ne pas manquer avec sa célèbre plage de Long Sands, Nubble Lighthouse, Amusement Park et le zoo pour enfants. Si vous voulez seulement vous détendre, vous n'avez jamais besoin de quitter notre propriété! Vous n'êtes qu'à quelques pas de Sea Point Beach avec ses marées en constante évolution. Chaque promenade sur la plage est une nouvelle expérience. Chaque fois que vous regardez par la fenêtre, vous verrez un littoral différent au fur et à mesure que les marées vont et viennent.

Notre maison à Kittery Point est idéalement située à la convergence de magnifiques marais salants, de forêts fraîches et de la côte Atlantique en constante évolution. Que vous préfériez faire de la randonnée, du kayak, de la natation ou simplement regarder par la fenêtre, vous ne trouverez pas un endroit plus beau pour vos prochaines vacances.

The location and the house were beautiful. The only drawback it was greenhead season so we didn't get to enjoy the beach like we hoped. Also, the kids couldn't go outside too much because of the mosquitoes. I never saw so many during the day so that made it less enjoyable. Just wished we could have enjoyed the yard. It will not stop us from going again though.

Family gathering place

We loved the open plan of kitchen, dining and living room with the addition of the screened in porch and the front porch. Views are spectacular and it was easy for a variety of people to work in the large kitchen area. The house feels well loved and has a wonderful variety of sleeping options. The yard is beautiful and we enjoyed the fire pit. The beach in front of the house has a lot of seaweed and some flies at times, but you can walk down a ways to access a better area. Overall this was a beautiful spot for a family gathering (ours had an age range from 2-81) with such natural beauty all around that you might not want to leave. Also for those who want York Beach vibe it's not far away. Hope to return next year.

Great beachfront stay

Great dining room table, great experience cooking in the giant kitchen with all our family and friends. Clean rooms, lots of space to entertain and converse. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and platters, etc. Easy and Private access to the beach. Beautiful deck with ample seating. Plenty of private parking.

Beautiful Home perfect location

This home exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly spacious and well-maintained. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and had space to have “ alone time “ if needed. It was conveniently located, quick to get into Portsmouth and very close to other shopping in kittery. I would absolutely come back!!

Breathtaking Views

Spacious home in a great location. Plenty of room for our 3 generation family. Polar plunge , sledding and sitting by the beautiful fireplace have become family traditions as this is our fourth visit. Everyone wants to come back next winter!

Family Holiday celebration

Our adult family of 10 stayed for the weekend. The house is beautiful. Right on the ocean. Spacious open concept kitchen, dinning room and living room. The kitchen was perfect for many cooks making a large meal, with a second refrigerator. We enjoyed the fireplace for making s'mores. The property manager responded quickly. Walks on the beach were amazing even in January!

The property was beautiful Great location. Our only complaint was the exorbitant cleaning fee. We understand this is large property but having been respectful of the property leaving it as we found it except for remaking bads, washing linens vacuuming, we found the cleaning feee excessive

Another delightful stay

Our older group of high school friends returned for our third year. As before, house, setting and proximity were perfect for spending time both outside and in. We plan to come back again next year.

Fall beach get away

The house created the perfect back drop and place to stay for us to have a weekend by the ocean! It was wonderful to catch up with friends on the deck or walk down and jump into the ocean steps from the back door before being lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves each evening.

Absolutely Lovely House on a great location

The love of the owner for their house came across from the moment we stepped in. It is a beautiful house that made us feel like we were home. Extremely well appointed, clean, maintained well, and with a lot of supplies and resources for us to enjoy our stay. Each room had a fan (which we needed as it turned unusually warm during our stay). The yards and flower beds are pristine and well maintained. The driveway had ample space for our 6 vehicles. The energy center of the house - the family room and kitchen - are wide open and well furnished, and there are a lot of windows. Due to the great location, we always had a nice and gentle breeze all the time, which made our stay more fun. The bedrooms and bathrooms have good beds and mattresses and pillows. The owner supplied us with adequate linen and bath towels. I have only one caution for those people who may be allergic to musty smells... given the location of the house on the coast, and that it doesn't have air conditioning, there was a bit of musty smell in the air, which bothered a couple of people in our family. In general, we loved our stay there. If we have a reason to stay there again, we'll do so without hesitation. The owner went out of her way to ensure we had no problems, and even proactively informed us about a yard sprinkler repair that was scheduled during our stay, just so that we are not surprised about strangers in the yard. She was extremely responsive and also flexible for some of our asks.

Spectacular view

There were nine in our party and it was so much fun picking out our bedrooms! There were enough to choose from with some left over! The over-garage suite was a pleasant surprise; just lovely! The bathrooms were spacious and there were enough towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with all our needs. The refrigerator water/ice dispenser was a welcome touch. There were plenty of left-behind spices for our use which we appreciated. There was no mention on the site about a Keurig, so we were not prepared, but the 14 cup coffee maker was put to good use! We enjoyed the spacious living room, the three-season room (our reading room), and the deck view facing our own private beach was breath-taking. The trail to the beach was rocky at first, but maintenance took care of that in short order. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Lovely Family Retreat on Coast

We loved this home on Kittery Point. We had a large gathering of 10 family members and this beautiful home was spacious with the local beach steps away. We had planned to cook dinner five out of our seven night stay, and the large, open kitchen did not disappoint. Even the dining table accommodated sitting everyone! We will definitely rent this picturesque home again!

Perfect home for a ladies weekend!

Rented this house for a milestone birthday celebration. The weather did not want to cooperate entirely but still hit nearby outlets, walked and out to dinner in between the raindrops. The beautiful, spacious house actually saved the weekend! We did venture out plenty but quickly realized really no need to even leave at all … fully equipped kitchen for eating in, silly games, sipping coffee or wine with a view. Perfect home for large groups who want to be together for activities, meals but also appreciate each having own space too … plenty of private comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, sitting spaces. And very clean! Will definitely stay again! Huge thank you to owners for sharing your amazing home!

Beautiful Setting!

Love this house! Big enough for the whole family! We stayed during a wild storm and the house was cozy and dry. The views were amazing! KIds did a polar plunge after the storm and started a new tradition. Great kitchen and huge dining table made it easy for our gathering of extended family. Cant wait to return!

Perfect winter beach house

This house on Kittery Point is perfect for our family. This was our second stay here in the Christmas season. The bedrooms provide us with a good variety of spaces for the different age groups. We are a family who cooks together and really, really appreciate the amazing collection of cooking pans and tools. Plenty of seating was there for all while we opened presents. We loved having the wood fireplace, and the kids played in the basement to let off steam before dinner. The view of continually changing conditions over the water is delightful. We loved our daily walks on the beach, with all the local dogs and families. It couldn't be better.

Family Thanksgiving retreat.

We decided on Kittery Maine because Family is so close in this house turned out to be absolutely perfect. We had enough bedrooms to sleep all three families with kids and the view is unbelievably perfect. There are a few things about the house that are dated but that would not persuade us not to rent the house again. We cooked an entire Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen. The double ovens were perfect. We had multiple games of French ping pong and corn hole in the basement fall by long walks on the beach. The adjacent beach is known as "dog Beach", in which we were sure wish we could've brought our own dogs. Beautiful spot everything was perfect

Nate and Stephanie were both born in Boston and spent portions of their summers on the Maine and New Hampshire seacoasts. They have a long family history that connects them to the area and they continue to spend as much time as possible there with their three teenage daughters.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This beautiful land has been in our family for generations. Our family has a long history both in Kittery and out on the historic Isles of Shoals. (The islands can be seen from our property.) We built our home here because we needed a larger space to entertain our large family and widening circle of east coast friends and because we cannot imagine a more beautiful place to spend our vacation time.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love our home because it has so many different, and flexible, spaces. Our teenage daughters like to entertain their friends in the Bonus Room. They can enjoy a movie, play games, or just have a private chat with their friends. . Our screened porch has double-paned glass doors separating it from the house. No matter what is going on in the house, the screened porch offers a peaceful place for a quiet conversation, The upstairs guest room has an adjoining door to a single bedroom. Doors can be locked or unlocked so as to create a mini suite for a family traveling with a young child. The ping pong table and foosball tables are in the basement which allows for fun competition without disturbing the rest of the house.
