NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER of any kind inside or outside of the property. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.

Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL between 8PM and 7AM. There is a City of Arvada noise level city ordinance. Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called and termination of your reservation. We must respect the peace of the community!

- No smoking inside or outside of the property
- Total occupancy of the house must not exceed listing description at any time
- No pets allowed
- Check-in is anytime after 4PM
- Check out by 10AM
- Self check-in with the smart lock
- This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at inside entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING:

** Smoking in the home: $150
**Late Checkout Past 10am without consent. $75
**Guests that exceed reservation. $50 per guest.
**Excessive Cleaning if the place is left filthy with trash everywhere. $150
**Damage to the hot tub. Up to $500

In an effort to keep the entire property more secure, we have installed security cameras on the EXTERIOR ONLY of the house located on the front door and above the garage. Your code to the smart lock will be provided after booking. Codes are changed after every guest.
