For those who love wondrous views along with the scent and feel of salt air, this Oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath town home located on Amelia Island Plantation is tailor-made for you. With a perfect oceanfront location and all the luxuries and amenities you could want this 2 level spacious villa makes for the perfect family vacation or couples getaway. Entry is through a beautiful courtyard just steps from the heated swimming pool. Once inside you'll find a spacious living and dining area with access to 2 oceanfront decks. The ground level floor has a fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with a large pantry, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and a powder room .
Awaken to the sunrise on the horizon in the second level Master suite which features a comfortable king size bed and a large bathroom and shower with its own private oceanfront deck. The large guest suite features a queen size bed which has its own deck with an amazing ocean view. An additional bedroom with 2 twin size beds is also on the same floor and has a beautiful western view. Enjoy your morning coffee walking out from the deck to the plush lawn and then stroll onto the beach.

Family Vacay

We have visited AI for over 40 years, staying in this particular property at Windsong many times. It’s very nice property and the property managers were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately a couple of Windsong owners made it very clear they did not like renters, one in particular. He harassed our children (ages 12-17 years)….the children were not being disrespectful nor damaging any property… simply kids enjoying a family vacation. Threatened them by saying he would call the cops if they continued to bounce a ball, watched young girls in the pool reporting he took pictures. .… while we will use the property manager again for future booking, we will not be returning to Windsong. It is nothing against this condo, it is very nice! Sounds like a similar complaint was made the week before about this particular owner at Windsong…. The HOA might want to have a discussion with this fella!

Wonderful family vacation!

This condo was such a great place for a multigenerational family vacation! Three comfortable bedrooms provided plenty of space for everyone to sleep and have some alone time as needed. My mother and I would take our coffee every morning on the patio looking at the ocean, while my husband was able to work at the desk in the kitchen. The pool is the center of the complex, which was steps from the door, a great place for the teens to escape to. Gazal was one of the best hosts I have ever rented from. She checked in on us at arrival to make sure everything went smoothly and made sure I knew she was there if we needed anything at all! I can’t wait to go back next summer!!

RELAXING GETAWAY

Excellent location, beautiful villa with amazing ocean and sunrise view, very clean , steps to the beach and the pool. The kitchen has everything one would need. Gazal and Laily were fantastic to deal with and communications were answered promptly. Highly recommended.
