Overall, home was exactly what was needed for our girls trip. Host was very communicative and friendly. Check in/check out expectations were very clear. Home could use some maintenance with painting and fixing previous damage to the floors, but was clean other than those items.

We stayed here for a NASCAR weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The house was as shown in the photos, and the location was convenient: about 15 minutes from the track, with Target, Walgreens, and restaurants nearby.The beds were comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. The primary bedroom had bedside tables and lamps on both sides, plus a spacious bathroom and closet. The smaller bedrooms would benefit from a lamp for guests. Air conditioning worked great!The house could use some general updating, but it had the basic necessities. There was also a fairly strong chemical-type odor mixed with plug-in air freshener, mostly downstairs. It was less noticeable upstairs, but guests sensitive to smells should be aware.Overall, a good stay that worked fine as a home base for the weekend.

Traveling with our teen girls to a concert at Truliant Amphitheater this home was a perfect spot. The space was great for us to all relax & have our own space. It was a quick 8 minute ride to the concert. There are several food options and grocery stores within 10/15 minutes drive. The neighborhood was quiet but there was a lot of traffic for being so far back in the neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool but it was a nice size & a short walk from the house. The back patio can be a nice area but it isn’t very private as the neighbors to either side & directly across are all very close. The house did have some small damages that the owner is aware of & the beds are firmer than my family likes.

NASCAR weekend getaway

Recently stayed at this property. Lots of space for the 6 of us. Located close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Quick drive to NASCAR Hall of Fame. Airport, charlotte motor speedway and downtown Charlotte. Would certainly stay again.

Everything was just as they said it would be. We had quick responses from our host on our questions. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Neighborhood was very quiet too.

This property was more spacious than the pictures show. Well equipped with coffee supplies, kitchen tools, washer/dryer, etc. Beds were clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was safe and quiet but not walkable to businesses (within a short driving distance though.) Only had some very minor cleanliness issues with us finding previous guests' socks and some liquid stains on the walls. Overall was a great stay and would recommend to others.

Excellent - Could not be more perfect for a visit

We stayed for many College Visits with our twin boys. We all absolutely loved the amenities in this house and did not want to leave. The house was very clean and we seriously could not ask for more. I hope we can stay again, we would not hesitate to stay nor to pass the word on this rental. Absolutely fantastic!

Friends Weekend get away

Group of 6 friends got together for a weekend at the NC Renaissance Festival. Between the two baths and half bath, we had plenty of room to get ready. Large closets to hang up our costumes.

Much needed get away

The stay in this house was amazing it’s was very warm and inviting. The kids enjoyed the theater room. The over all house itself was very peaceful and calming. There were times that we couldn’t even leave the house. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation or short get away I highly recommend this property!

Great location

This property was just as listed. Very, very clean. Close to everything you would need in the Charlotte/Concord area. We did some shopping, sightseeing and visited the speedway. All a short drive. Host was so nice and responsive. Beds slept great and we had everything we needed for our stay. We visit this area a lot and can’t wait to stay here again!

Gorgeous property!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. The decor is stunning & the home was spotless. Very comfortable and well equipped w/ everything we’d need. My only small suggestion would be a table or furniture piece in the master- there’s very little space to set jewelry/belongings.

Very Cool Property

The property was very clean and decorated lovely, lots of space and a great location in Charlotte, you can get anywhere in about 20 minutes. My only suggestion, there was 4 of us and there was not enough paper products, toilet paper/paper towels, we had to go to the store and purchase more.

Furniture & decor, location

The property was clean, excellent location, decor was beautiful.However, the bedrooms were sparsely furnished. No place to set opened suitcases and the master bedroom was the only room that had night stands. The kitchen was sparesly supplied/ no storage containers, old appliances, and unstable chairs in the the dining area. The furniture in the family was aesthetically pleasing , but fragile..

Amazing Location and Home!

So many things that I want to point out. The home is beautiful! It is so spacious. My family was able to have their own rooms and space. The home had everything we needed. The host was amazing with accommodating an earlier check in time, as we were traveling in earlier than expected, to beat Atlanta and Charlotte traffic. The neighborhood is peaceful and close to everything… (Walmart, restaurants, and more is so close). I loved everything about the home and the host made the space so warm and welcoming. If you need a nice place to lay your head and relax, but also have enough room for your family, this is the perfect spot! We will definitely be back again! Thanks for everything, Mandy. (Also, sorry for waking you up so early.).

Charming Charlotte Stay

My family and I stay at this property and it was very enjoyable. This was one of the CLEANEST places I’ve stayed at since using the Vrbo app. This place felt like a home away from home, but also with the feel of staying at a hotel. There were complimentary shampoos, conditioners and soaps for our stay. The owner takes a great deal to make sure that everything is clean, well kept and available during your stay. We even received more snacks for the movie loft area even though we mentioned to the owner we already had some. We greatly appreciated the gesture. We also received very fast responses to our questions and concerns. This is a great property to rent for your stay in Charlotte. The neighborhood was quiet and charming and the place was exactly like how the listing described. Plus its so close to the different attractions you can’t go wrong. We only hope that for our next Charlotte visit this property is available to rent. Thank you for letting us stay!

Comfortable Getaway

We were in Charlotte for part family vacation, part work convention. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The drive to the convention center downtown was easy—about 25 minutes. When we arrived the trash bins in the driveway were overflowing which made parking a bit more difficult. This was no fault to anyone but the previous guests who didn’t do what they were supposed to. The home was comfortable with generous bedroom sizes and plenty of room so we were never on top of each other. The theatre area was a hit with my boys and plenty of floor space throughout to do puzzles and games. Kitchen has bare minimum and for a family who desired to cook more, we had to go buy some disposable pans/baking sheets. Access to the clubhouse pool was convenient (walking distance) from the home. Pool was a bit unkempt but again, no fault to this property’s owner. I’d definitely stay here again if we came to Charlotte. Communication was quick and they answered any questions I had even if it involved a little research on their part.

Overall, the house was clean, comfortable, and accurately represented in the listing photos. The air conditioning worked great, which was especially appreciated during our stay.Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by a safety issue with the furniture. Two of the four dining room chairs were damaged. While sitting in one of them, the chair completely collapsed underneath me. Thankfully, I was able to catch myself, but I easily could have been seriously injured.I immediately contacted the host to make them aware of the situation. Their response was that the chairs were supposed to have been repaired and that we should simply set the damaged chairs aside. While I appreciate the acknowledgment of the issue, I was disappointed by the lack of concern expressed regarding my well-being. At no point was I asked if I was hurt or if everyone was okay after the incident. A little empathy and concern would have gone a long way.Aside from the chair issue and the host’s response, the property itself was clean and generally as described. I hope the damaged furniture is replaced or properly repaired before future guests arrive to avoid a potentially serious injury.
