Lazy Days

Throw your cares away as you walk into this newly renovated, beach themed, slice of paradise. "Lazy Days" is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo that sleeps 5, located only steps from the sugar white sands and crystal clear water of Panama City Beach. After spending the day at a private beach and enjoying the pool, enjoy a short walk to one of the many local restaurants and family attractions located within minutes of the condo. No need to even drive anywhere, our condo is a one stop shop to enjoy all that Panama City Beach has to offer!

When you arrive, park right in front of the unit, no need to wait in long lines for an elevator! Lazy Days is located on the first floor!
Relax after a long day in the sun in the master bedroom, complete with a king size bed, a TV with cable, and a full size mirror. The closet has plenty of space to put your belongings.
There is also a sleeper sofa that sleeps two in the living area, along with a comfortable Murphy bed that folds out of an adorable hutch, also sleeping two.
The spa-like bathroom has a shower/bath combination and a vanity with space for your toiletries. Plush towels, hand towels, and wash cloth are provided for your stay.
The kitchen has all the amenities you need to prepare your meals, if you aren't wanting to venture out. Enjoy a cup of coffee made in the Keurig and drink it at the bar top or even on the patio when you are enjoying the salty beach air.
There is plenty of dining room seating at the table and the bar top. The comfortable couches are perfect for lounging on when watching your favorite show or movie on the TV.
Lazy Days is decorated with a cute beach theme and is so relaxing, you will never want to leave! The condo is located in Sugar Beach Condominiums, a wonderful, low density complex, located directly on the beach! No parking garages or long waits on an elevator will allow you immediate access to the unit so you can start your vacation right away!
The complex has a pool that is steps from private beach access . There is a pond in the center of the complex that has turtles and fish that you can feed. Lighted tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, a BBQ area, and a clubhouse are all steps outside of the unit's back patio.
Walk to ice cream shops, Hammerhead Fred's, Longboards, and many other local restaurants. Many local PCB attractions are all within walking distance from Lazy Days, so there's no need to get in your car during your stay!
At least one person must be 25 years old to book the unit.
**March-October rentals include complimentary beach service. Two lounge chairs and one umbrella set up for guests on the beach**
**Parking is $35 per car (2 max). Parking is a separate fee that is paid directly to Sugar Beach Condominiums.

Pets are allowed and welcome! 2 dogs (max), no weight limit. The Sugar Beach HOA does have breed restrictions, so please get approval from the owner before booking your stay!
Failure to get approval before bringing a dog will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
There is a non-refundable pet fee paid to the owner upon booking and another non-refundable pet fee paid directly to the HOA. This fee must be paid a week before your arrival date.
Pet fee paid to owner: $50
⦁ Pet fee paid to HOA: 3 nights or less: $80 (1 dog), $120 (2 dogs)
4 nights or more: $150 (1 dog), $200 (2 dogs)

Dogs must be crated when the guest is not in the condo, and the dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Dogs must remain on a leash when on Sugar Beach property. Owners must pick up after their dogs.
