Casa Aria will take your breath away with the panoramic views.

This recently renovated home is designed in an appealing modern costarrican style, with an open-plan living area that fully encompasses indoor/outdoor living and very private infinity pool. This spacious, two-bedroom and two bathroom villa on the beautiful Playa Hermosa - Guanacaste offers guests stunning views from sunrise to sunset.

The house floor plan features an open-concept living area, a large dining, full kitchen, laundry room and more.

The sliding glass doors invite you to the pool and terrace. The panoramic views from this area will keep you speechless.

The master bedroom with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaker tub, enclosed shower, double vanity and walk- in closet. On the other side of the house you will find a guest bedroom with queen size bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. Bedding in both suites consists of 100% certified Egyptian cotton sheets, and organic cotton coverlet sets.

The kitchen features a large island and is fully-equipped with all the appliances you will need (including a Ninja blender), quality stainless steel pots, pans and knives. There is an outdoor barbecue to enjoy delicious meals al fresco, though you’re sure to be captivated by the twittering symphony of nature that surrounds the house.

This beautiful house is located in the mountains of Hermosa Beach, Guanacaste, just 5 minutes drive from the beach.
Playa Hermosa is a small and quiet town, it offers a variety of restaurants where you can enjoy the delicious Costa Rican gastronomy.

The Daniel Oduber International Airport is 30 minutes away and many of the most beautiful beaches of Costa Rica are only an hour away from the house, making it the perfect location.
Marvista is a growing development, there are construction sites around. Most of these constructions are well advanced so the noise is usually not an issue but in some occasions, it may be construction noise. Marvista offers panoramic views of the Papagayo bay

Beautiful Location

We stayed a few nights at the end of our Costa Rica vacation. What a breathtaking view from this property with a wonderful pool and amenities. We love the outdoor and indoor kitchen for family meals. Thank you to Raquel who gave a thorough explanation of the property.Would totally recommend for a beautiful getaway. We hope to return one day!

The Perfect House

Casa Aria was absolutely perfect. Probably the most stunning views I've ever seen from a house ever, and certainly from a rental property. The home was beautiful, as described, clean and had everything we needed for a great and relaxing vacation. The property manager was responsive and very helpful with pre- and post-arrival questions. We would love to visit again!

Great Getaway

Clean, beautiful property. Kids loved swimming in the pool. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. Everything functioned perfectly for us, and when the stovetop wouldn’t light they fixed it immediately. The Broker made multiple reservations for us; super helpful.

Wet and Wonderful

The property is excellent and very comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was a bit challenging during our stay. The only improvement would be more landscaping around the pool and outdoor kitchen area. The location, view and Playa Hermosa were all very enjoyable. Many nearby amenities. We would rent again when in the area.

My husband and I had a fantastic time. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed including the kitchen Views were amazing morning and night! The pool was awesome including the swim up bar and barbecue We would definitely stay again 😊

To say we loved it would be a massive understatement. This was far and away the best VRBO property experience we've ever had. It was spotless clean, it was incredibly comfortable, and it has the world's best view. We loved it.

Such a GEM!

This home is so beautiful and our experience was amazing. The house was spotless, the rooms very cozy and the house was fully stocked with all the essentials, including a host of bath and pool towels, and a washer and dryer! The pool experience was so delightful and the pool lighting was able to be changed with no issues. Of course the view is the best part and it was so breathtaking to wake up to each day! Last but not least, Raquel with the Brokerage team was amazing and so very helpful.

House in Paradise

This home is absolutely beautiful and exactly as the pictures and description show and say. The views are incredible and you are so close to beaches and restaurants. William, the Property Manager was beyond helpful and great with communicating, as well as answering any questions we may have, even if as random as where to park at the beach! Our stay not nearly long enough, and we definitely could have used a few more days. But we will be back!

Bumpy ride to scenic bliss

My wife and I stayed at Casa Aria for 3 weeks in Feb 2024: After a short 5 minute drive up a bumpy road you arrive at at the house, a beautiful home from home with the most stunning view. The house is very well setup with everything you need to enjoy CR. We would love to stay for a second time as long as the construction work is complete on the house next door, it was quite noisy from early in the morning until dusk 6 days per week for our entire stay. The home owner was very reasonable, understanding and sympathetic. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

Simply Amazing!!

Wow. This place is outstanding! The views and the house itself are to die for. Beautiful, well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living room! Even Pool floaties! William was so good to us. From booking an excursion, a dinner out and allowing us to print our boarding passes off before we left. We couldn’t say enough good things about this place. If ever back in Playa Hermosa, would definitely look at staying here again. Only downfall was the construction of the house next door, but we were gone most days so wasn’t a big deal. Pura Vida!

Casa Aria is a dream!

I have visited Rica for 13 years and my last visit to Casa Aria in Playa Hermosa was the best! Casa Aria is an extremely well-appointed villa - all of our needs were met (and then some!) right down to cooking essentials. Raquel from Brokers Costa Rica waited for us at the office to drive us to Casa Aria (and we were 3 hours late, but she stayed to wait for us). Raquel was available at all times by cell. Casa Aria has one of the best views of Playa Hermosa in Mar Vista! The view is absolutely breathtaking! It is exactly a 5-minute car drive from Casa Aria to the beach (which is never crowded). There are lots of great restaurants in Playa Hermosa very close to Casa Aria (we loved Roberto's). Casa Aria was our oasis for the week - we were more than happy to stay in several nights for dinner because the indoor and outdoor kitchens are very well-equipped. The house is beautifully furnished ad decorated - it does not seem like a rental - and we were really impressed with the welcome letter/binder. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and restful holiday, then you should consider staying at Casa Aria in Mar Vista. I will definitely be returning!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a return trip because the first time was so amazing we had to go back! The view and the privacy is what will continue to bring us back. It’s the best well stocked (kitchen) rental we have ever stayed which makes staying in easy. However, in a year, you can see the wear on the home. We had trouble with the a/c- which they came out the next day to fix. The hairdryer did not work. The pool lights no longer changed colors. We dropped something on the floor and noticed how dirty it was under the bed, we never saw a pool cleaning service, and although it rained quite a bit, I’m not sure that brings the amount of dirt and insects into the pool. The pool cushions need cleaned. Overall these are very insignificant things and did not take away from our experience but just in a matter of comparison from one year to the next- they were noticeable.

Casa Aria is stunning!

As soon as we stepped into Casa Aria and were welcomed with the spectacular view, we knew we had made the right choice for our stay in Playa Hermosa. Raquel with Pex Brokers gave us an informative tour of the house. There was also a very useful binder that provided all sorts of information about the house & great restaurants & excursions. We were two couples each celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary and the layout of the house was very conducive to providing each couple with their own space while still providing lots of common areas to enjoy! the house and kitchen were very well stocked. The interior’s design is only outdone by the exterior layout of the pool and sunk-in bar/bbq area. The outdoor seating space was very comfortable and we really appreciated being able to enjoy the view during the day and in the evening. Unfortunately, after a long day on the ocean, we came back to no water at the house which made things challenging and uncomfortable considering we were not able to shower, flush the toilets or start on our laundry as we were leaving the next morning. This certainly put a big damper on the nice evening we had planned for our 25th wedding anniversary. We inquired about a possible partial reimbursement given the hefty price we paid for the night but never heard anything back from the broker. Nevertheless, we really appreciated Raquel’s prompt response who arranged for water truck come the next morning and allowed us a later checkout. Pura Vida!

25th anniversary trip

Casa Aria holds a piece of our hearts! The moment you walk in the door your breath is taken away but the stunning view, enhanced by the beautiful furnishings and the infinity edge pool. The kitchen was very well stocked- I dare to say better than any Vrbo we’ve ever stayed! I think the only item missing was a lighter to enjoy our candlelight dinner! William, the property manager was so easy to communicate and extremely helpful, even coordinated with our driver for arrival which was incredibly helpful. He also arranged for our rental car to be delivered and picked up at the house which was so convenient. There was a grocery store super close that we visited several times (take your own bags or boxes as they will charge you for those) but had everything we needed- yes including coffeemate! Lol. The community felt very safe and was generally pretty quiet. Loved the quaintness of Playa Hermosa and Playas del Coco. We drove to a tamarindo one day and quickly turned back around- too many people for our quiet little getaway! We were able to bring in a chef on our anniversary night who put the kitchen (indoor and out) to good use. The ONLY con of this property is the building right next door. They start at 630am which means no sleeping in since it’s right outside the master bedroom. They were building the wall while we were there but never did we feel like they were “peeping Tom’s”. We will absolutely return to Casa Aria, if available, on future visits, after the construction!

It’s all about the view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect place for two couples. The only big negative was the atrocious road going up to it. Don’t attempt for the first time in the dark! Cushions needed on the outdoor dining room chairs, and master bathroom lighting was woefully inadequate. But, hey, it’s a vacation. We loved it!William was great! Thanks!
