À marée haute, l'eau coule sous l'immense terrasse privée, presque aussi grande que l'appartement lui-même, vous donnant l'impression d'être sur un bateau à marée haute. Sautez dans l'eau et nagez ou flottez ou asseyez-vous simplement sur le pont, écoutez le son de l'eau, regardez les levers et couchers de soleil dans le confort de votre siège. Même lorsque vous êtes à l'intérieur de l'appartement, le mur de curseurs en verre s'ouvre pour faire en sorte que l'espace extérieur semble fusionner avec l'espace intérieur. Vous pouvez voir l'eau de partout - le salon, le coin repas mignon, la cuisine, la chambre à coucher, même debout dans la grande salle de bain en regardant pendant que vous êtes debout devant l'évier en vous brossant les dents. Vous profiterez également de ce temps supplémentaire pour lire ou vous prélasser au lit, car vous pouvez voir directement à travers les curseurs vers le pont et l'eau!

L'intérieur est de près de 600 pieds carrés d'espace ouvert, confortablement et créativement meublé avec des pièces d'art populaire, les propres œuvres d'art des propriétaires et de beaux meubles, y compris un canapé et un fauteuil en forme de L confortable. Asseyez-vous et profitez du soleil à travers le puits de lumière au-dessus de toute la largeur du salon et profitez de la chaleur du parquet en pin à larges planches ou profitez de la télévision par câble à grand écran.

Il y a des rideaux et des volets électriques pour plus d'intimité et d'obscurcissement de la pièce et une cheminée pour vous détendre pendant les saisons intermédiaires ou pour l'ambiance. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse pour plus de commodité.

Confortable, chaleureux, accueillant et relaxant, directement sur l'eau. Près de toute l'activité Provincetown, mais en même temps loin de tout. C'est ce que vous offrira votre location au bord de l'eau à Westend.

Our stay at the property was great. I thought the interior looked better than the listing pictures. The deck was huge and we enjoyed the unseasonably warm weather out there. The area was very quiet and it was an easy walk to everything. A couple things in the apartment could use attention, but that being said I would still book it again as is.

Absolutely magical

Provincetown is always exceptional, although here you can open the doors and hear the waves flowing beneath the deck and feel like you’re in your own world. At sunrise you can enjoy some coffee or tea on the deck and then make a quit walk outside to any of the nearby restaurants for a delicious breakfast, saying good morning to all the friendly folks walking their dogs.

THE BEST

This apartment was perfect! I could see the bay from bed in the morning and from the deck all day long. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and a short walk to nature in one direction and food and people watching in the other. Barry's fabulous taste in artwork and furnishings made the environment beautiful and loaded with character. Perfect for solitary time and just as perfect for entertaining. Barry is a great communicator too (as was the housecleaner) so everything went smoothly with warmth and welcoming flavor. THE BEST. I'll be back

Perfect

Fabulous waterfront on bay. Nice quiet location, yet not far from downtown and dining. Walking along the bay was relaxing and our pup enjoyed the water. The apt/condo was a great size for my husband and I. Very comfy living room and the kitchen was stocked with all necessary appliances, etc. The outside deck was so nice to relax on, eat dinner, and watch the tide come in. A truly amazing spot! We hope to return again someday.

Beautiful Views, Quiet Location

This place has beautiful views of the water and a deck that places you right over it. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck while the sun rises. It’s a short walk to Relish for breakfast, and right around the bend from all the action. Barry was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

It's all about the location and deck!

The location was terrific, just far enough into the west end for quiet but still a quick walk to the center of town. The deck is very large, gets a lot of sun, and the deck furniture was nice. We spent a couple of days just laying out on the deck and listening to the waves lap the sand below us. Although technically a studio, it is larger than many of the one bedroom places we've stayed. The bed was comfortable, and the towels were new. On the down side, the furniture and living room rug were tired, a lot of the track lights were out and the place can already be dark because of no windows in the back, the bathroom door has no way of latching closed so it remains open by a couple of inches unless you use a weight against it to hold the door shut. The beach chairs had definitely seen much better days, and the BBQ grill was full of water from the previous day's storm--it had not been covered. These last two things were a disappointment because I specifically asked about the beach chairs and grill ahead of time. But overall we had a nice stay.

PTown 2022

We absolutely loved this property! 😁 Now, in the spirit of specificity, here are my top three favorite things about this rental: • The deck, along with the view from the deck • The very immediate proximity to the ocean, with all the accompanying sights, smells and sounds • The location, which is the best of both worlds; quiet and peaceful neighborhood just a couple minutes walk from all the action! Side-note: I brought my dog who is afraid of pretty much everything but, even he was able to relax a little in the environment and explore the water and beach for the first time ❤️ He also got to spend time out with us at bars and restaurants which was such a testament to Ptown’s dog friendliness!

Harbor Front Condo!

The view and location cannot be better! Located in the quiet West End, the large harbor front deck is fantastic and we were able to walk our pups far out into the harbor at low tide. Although technically a studio, the condo is spacious with a generous sized kitchen and bathroom. The condo has a lot of charm and is an easy walk into town. Barry owns the unit upstairs and may be there during your stay. He’s very responsive to questions while not at all intrusive. There are a number of other condos within close proximity (including the famous US flag house) and the general rule of thumb seems to be friendly “hello’s”. Parking tip: visit the Provincetown website and plan your parking approach ahead of time. You can register for the $75 weekly lot prior to your visit. Another option is to use a daily $35 parking space located all around town and renew your space every morning using your phone. We also learned there is a large private parking lot across from the Stop & Shop that rents a parking for $75 per week (call the “Bike Shack” for more info).

Cute space, unbeatable location

The space is great. Not huge, but P-town funky and well equipped, with a great kitchen. The location is excellent in the quiet West End, and the deck w/ the view of the harbor was a highlight of the trip that we took full advantage of. Barry was very communicative and a great host.

Great little break - ideal location and view

We stayed at Barry's property in P-Town for a couple of nights in November. The property itself is a little different, and has clearly been converted from a previous working building. It lends to the charm of the place, and it almost feels like you're in the ocean. The location is ideal, with a short walk into the center of town, and about 1/2 a mile to the beach and roundabout. The place is also really quiet - which let's you appreciate the uninterrupted view of the sea. The view is stunning - we woke up each day to a gorgeous sunrise, and fell asleep to the sounds of the waves lapping underneath the deck.

A perfect refuge in the middle of a maddening world

I have been coming to Ptown for 24 years and I don’t think I had ever found a place as confortable, clean, tasteful and well located as this one. The weather was great, the neighbors were kind and polite; our 15 year old dog, came to Ptown one last time and enjoyed the beach and the water and the porch so very much. We rested and read, and wrote, cooked and ate, walked and sat in contemplation, and made memories. In the middle of a maddening world we found a perfect refuge to spend precious time in nature with our wonderful animal. We shall return.

Wonderful Host/Beautiful View/A Feeling of Home

We loved our stay - the property is very much as advertised. The pier/deck is incredible. The tides come in and out and you get a different panoramic vista every hour, right before your eyes. Our host provided us all the information we needed and was extremely responsive and hospitable to us.

Tolles Apartment direkt am Wasser mit Blick auf's Meer vom Bett aus. Um es für mich Rollstuhltauglich zu machen, hat Barry sogar zwei kleine Rampen installiert, so dass ich super zurecht kam. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist es jeden Penny der Miete wert.

Great West End Condo!

We have stayed in the West End every summer for over 20 years, in multiple different units, always on the water. This was, by far, one of the best. The unit is much more roomy that it appears in the photos, it was actually comfortable to hang out inside all day on the day it rained. Good comfortable large couch that looks over the harbor with large slider windows. The deck is great. Very large, easily accommodating a round umbrella table and two deck chairs with ample additional room. Big plus was the generous containers lining the entire deck with beautiful flowers (these were tall flowers and I am still impressed with how they were all upright despite the frequent breeze coming in from the harbor). For people who have stayed i the West End and know what they are looking for, this place really is ideal. Very clean. Simple, yet very comfortable. Interesting layout and interior design. Elements of the old building with all the new comforts. Barry was super easy to deal with. We will definitely be back. If you haven't stayed in the West End, look elsewhere for the countless descriptions of how this is a magical location to stay.

Amazing!

This place is fantastic! It's a roomy cottage with beautiful renovated kitchen and bath in the quiet west end. But the best part is the giant deck that overlooks the bay with steps leading down to the beach! We watched the moon come up over the bay each night and took our dog down to the beach at low tide every day, right off of the deck. Plus Barry the owner is awesome! Highly recommend this property--we're so lucky we found it!

Amazing Location and Property!

We were fortunate enough to utilize Barry's wonderful condo for a girl's weekend. Barry is so easy to deal with and the property was exactly as described. We spent most of the weekend on the incredible deck overlooking the ocean...sipping cocktails of course. We also highly recommend the Raw Bar happy hour at the Red Inn, only a short walk west of the property. We took the ferry in from Boston and did not need a car for anything, as the property was so centrally located. Thank you Barry for sharing your home, and we will be looking forward to next year!

Loved it!

This is a fantastic place! Anyone who visits Provincetown knows that really good accommodations can sometimes be a challenge to find, especially during the summer months, but no disappointment here. Perfect location, comfortable bed, great kitchen (our favorite part), and the deck...amazing! Thank you Barry for sharing your great space! We will definitely be back.

Hi - I'm a retired guy and lovin it. Used to own Gallerani's Cafe so many of you know me as the host with all the crazy outfits. Now I enjoy the luxury of watching the tide come and go, biking, reading, socializing, artwork, travelling, whatever. And with my boyfriend John. Fortunate indeed. I spend most of the year in Provincetown (upstairs from this rental), winter in my house on the Big Island of Hawaii, and the rest here and there.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I always wanted to live in Ptown for its unique sense of spirit, geography and gay lifestyle and it was a goal to live on the waterfront. I've never looked back after 30+ years in the same place.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

On the water in Ptown is fabulous. It's never dull seeing the water at low or high tide and all the activity that goes with it from boating, swimming, etc. in the summer to the birds and weather all year round. Sitting inside and looking through the wall of glass or outside on the enormous deck/pier you have a real feel for being part of the wonderful environment that is right there. And there's a wonderful warmth to the way the property is situated between the two neighboring properties, one of which is the historic Capt. Jack's Wharf.
